Two members of the Wimbledon ground staff have been asked to do a sweep near the baseline where Mirra Andreeva's bracelet broke.

The French Open winner and the umpire must have done a decent job of clearing up the beads, though, as the pair leave empty handed.

  2. Andreeva questions umpirepublished at 18:39 BST 1 July

    Krejcikova 4-6 7-5 2-1 Andreeva*

Mirra Andreeva is asking the umpire why the point wasn't played when her bracelet broke.

The umpire's response appears to be it wasn't replayed because it was Andreeva's bracelet...

Meanwhile a cheer goes around Centre Court as England equalise against DR Congo in the World Cup.

    It's all happening.

There was some anger in those serves.

Andreeva is battling herself a little bit.

She needs to control her emotions to get her through this.

I think she is still in the phase of the emotional hangover from winning Roland Garros.

Mirra Andreeva has half a chance at 30-30 but it's wiped out as Barbora Krejcikova cracks a forehand winner across court.

Andreeva's bracelet broke during that point and she shows her frustration by throwing it bead by bead off the court.

There are quite a few to pick up so she's now getting some help in removing the beads. Just when you think you've seen it all...

After it's safely removed, Krejcikova holds with a big first serve.

A quick glance around the media seats tells me not everyone has their full attention on the tennis this evening.

There's some multi-screen watching going on, with plenty of journalists keeping an eye on the football while simultaneously writing their Wimbledon reports.

Loose shots marred Mirra Andreeva's second set and she's still struggling in the third.

Barbora Krejcikova takes advantage by forcing Andreeva to go into the net and opens up a break point.

The Czech can't take it though as she plants a backhand into the net.

  10. Soaking up the sun on Henman Hillpublished at 18:26 BST 1 July

Henman Hill is arguably the perfect spot for staying across all the tennis at Wimbledon when the weather is as glorious as this.

It’s looking pretty packed as the match on Centre Court plays out on the big screen, with updates around the grounds ticking over along the bottom, while no doubt many are keeping an eye on the football too.

While events such as major football tournaments are largely ignored inside the All England Club during the championships, I’ve just walked past a couple of fans wearing matching England head gear and face paint.

Sounds like the tennis is proving far more entertaining so far…

Fourth seed Jessica Pegula has raced through the second set against Sara Sorribes Tormo.

American Pegula required a tie-break to wrap up the first and looked in a bit of trouble when she was broken in the opening game of the second.

But she hit back quickly against the Spaniard, breaking three times, to book a date with Jessica Bouzas Maneiro in round three.

Mirra Andreeva needs to keep her cool. She's been known to throw a tantrum or two on court, but we saw what she could do at last month's French Open when she kept her emotions in check.

It looks like things could bubble over as the Russian teenager dumps her racquet by her chair.

You can see the different psychologies playing out in this match.

Andreeva said coming into this she was trying to keep her expectations low, but how can they when you have just won a Grand Slam?

Krejcikova said she is keeping her expectations low, but she has struggled with injuries over the past couple of years.
