Castres v Edinburgh (13:00 GMT)
Edinburgh have named another youthful side to take on Castres in the Champions Cup on Sunday with several big names rested.
There are 11 changes to the side that shocked Toulon, with Matt Currie making his first appearance of the season at outside centre. Jack Brown, 20, starts at full-back, with Lewis Wells, 23, on the wing.
In the forwards, 19-year-old prop Ollie Blyth-Lafferty - who this week signed his first pro contract - starts again after impressing against Toulon.
And there is a start in the back row for Scotland's youngest ever male international, Freddy Douglas. Scotland players Pierre Schoeman, Duhan van der Merwe, Darcy Graham, Magnus Bradbury, Grant Gilchrist are all rotated out of the squad.

There was no doubt about the result of the day on Saturday in the Champions Cup, as Glasgow came from 21-0 behind to beat six-time champions Toulouse 28-21 in stormy conditions at Scotstoun.
"For [the fans] to come out on a night like this, a sell out, and just get behind us - it means the world," fly-half Adam Hastings told BBC Scotland.
"It's huge for the mental side of it as well, the confidence that we got, because we've had a few scoldings in Europe over the past couple of years and it's just good [to get] a statement result like that, especially at home as well."
The Warriors are now sitting pretty at the top of Pool One, as the only side in that group to win their first two matches.
Harlequins lost their opening fixture away at Leinster last Saturday but a late Oscar Beard try at least gave them a bonus point in the 45-28 defeat.
The need for them to get a first win in Pool 3 today has been heightened after Stormers and Leinster both won again this weekend to make it two out of two at the top of the pile.
If Quins can earn a bonus point win they would move above La Rochelle into third place.
Bayonne were beaten at home by the Stormers in their opening match so a win is a must for them as well. They are without a point in fifth place with only Leicester Tigers below them.

England's Marcus Smith starts at fly-half for Harlequins as they bid to get their first Champions Cup win of the campaign.
In all, Quins have made six changes to the starting XV that was beaten by Leinster, with England prop Fin Baxter and Argentina second row Guido Petti also named in the side.
Bayonne have freshened up their half-back partnership after losing at home to Stormers in their opening pool fixture.
Tom Spring switches from the wing to start at fly-half in place of Joris Segonds, while Baptiste Tilloles is in for South African Herschel Jantjies at scrum-half.
