Try: Bath 17-10 Leicesterpublished at 15:53 BST 6 June

Joe Cokanasiga (33 mins), missed con Carreras

    What a terrific finish!

Out the back, Bath move right and Santi Carreras' pass to Joe Cokanasiga isn't perfect, taking the ball on the bounce.

Cokanasiga does so well though, weaving inside to extend over for Bath's third of the half.

  2. Sarries smash-and-grab?published at 15:52 BST 6 June

    Exeter 3-5 Saracens

    Chris Jones
BBC rugby union correspondent at Sandy Park

What a tackle from Henry Slade to save a certain try.

Exeter needed that because this is all set up for a Sarries smash-and-grab. How big a moment could that be? Especially in a low-scoring, cagey game.

  3. No trypublished at 15:52 BST 6 June

    Exeter 3-5 Saracens

It's great last-ditch cover defence from Exeter who just about get across to Rotimi Segun and do enough to stop the Saracens wing getting the try.

Segun grounds the ball before the line, then loses possession as he goes over the whitewash so it's no try.

    As you were.

  4. 'Sarries playing at their own pace'published at 15:52 BST 6 June

    Exeter 3-5 Saracens

    John Lockyer
Former Exeter Chiefs captain on BBC Radio Devon

Saracens are playing this at their own pace.

Exeter haven't really been able to establish field position.

    Bath 12-10 Leicester

Penalty Bath. Leicester are penalised for holding on.

The home side have the put in at a scrum around 10 metres from the line and are immediately awarded another penalty, which they kick for the corner.

  6. 'A little bit scrappy from both sides'published at 15:51 BST 6 June

    Bath 12-10 Leicester

    Vicky Macqueen
Former England full-back on BBC Radio Leicester

It's been a little bit scrappy from both sides, but there's been some really good play in these conditions so far.

  7. Gloucester level; Quins trailpublished at 15:51 BST 6 June

    Race for the Champions Cup

Sale may have their Champions Cup place in the bag, but it's less clear-cut for Gloucester and Harlequins.

A converted try from Arthur Clark has just brought Gloucester level at 14-14 with bottom side Newcastle Red Bulls.

Harlequins trail 12-7 at home to Prem leaders Northampton.

As it stands, Gloucester qualify, but if they slip up, Quins can pounce.

  8. Try reviewpublished at 15:50 BST 6 June

    Exeter 3-5 Saracens

A great break in midfield from Fergus Burke and Sarries move it wide to winger Rotimi Segun who crosses the line - but does he lose the ball before grounding it?

  9. Penalty: Bath 12-10 Leicesterpublished at 15:47 BST 6 June

    James O'Connor (26 mins)

Alfie Barbeary is penalised for Bath and looks to be hobbling.

James O'Connor slots a penalty comfortably for the Tigers and they're back to within two.

    Exeter 3-5 Saracens

Saracens are flying up in defence and stopping Chiefs making any yards.

They go though multiple phases without getting anywhere and have to put boot to ball.

A Chiefs knock-on then gives the visitors the scrum just inside Exeter territory.

It's as tight out there as the score at half-an-hour suggests.

Less than 30 minutes played here and Sale have the four tries and single point they need to be playing in the Champions Cup next season.

It has looked a guarantee from the moment they scored a try within 90 seconds from George Ford and three more have followed.

That brings up the bonus point that means Harlequins cannot overtake them in the top eight and claim a spot with Europe's elite.

  12. 'Chiefs causing their own issues'published at 15:42 BST 6 June

    Exeter 3-5 Saracens

    Nigel Walrond
    BBC Radio Devon commentator

Exeter are causing their own issues here, but the wind has got to be a contributing factor.

  13. Postpublished at 15:42 BST 6 June

    Bath 12-7 Leicester

Leicester look to play their way out of trouble with the ball currently looking like a bar of soap - really enterprising play from the Tigers backs as a huge gale goes continues to run through the Rec.

    Is it really June?

A great kick earns them a 50:20 but James Blamire's line-out is too long and Bath kick clear.

  14. 'Terrible conditions to play in'published at 15:40 BST 6 June

    Bath 12-7 Leicester

    Dave Attwood
Former Bath and England forward on BBC Radio Bristol

We're watching the rain come down here and it's moving around in every direction at the same time.

It's swirling around, it's terrible to have to play in and I wouldn't be surprised if we see more contestable kicks further on in this first half.

    Sale 21-0 Bristol

With their "performances" this season, I'll say it now, Sale do not deserve to be in the Champions Cup. We've been nothing short of awful. I have no idea what the club is doing or what the plan is for the team, coaching or, like almost every year, the stadium

    Exeter 3-5 Saracens

Harvey Skinner takes a knock there from Ben Earl as the England back rower attacks on the crash ball.

He is up and seems ok to continue but one to keep an eye on.

Josh Iosefa-Scott's turnover gives Chiefs an attacking platform and Len Ikitau is almost away through a gap but is reined in and Saracens win the battle on the floor to regain possession.

  17. Penalty: Exeter 3-5 Saracenspublished at 15:35 BST 6 June

    Slade (17 mins)

England centre Henry Slade makes no mistake from the tee and reduces the gap to two points as we approach the halfway point in the first period.

  18. Postpublished at 15:34 BST 6 June

    Exeter 0-5 Saracens

Saracens are caught offside and that will give Henry Slade the chance to put his side on the scoreboard.

  19. 'Nervy Chiefs start'published at 15:34 BST 6 June

    Exeter 0-5 Saracens

    Chris Jones
BBC rugby union correspondent at Sandy Park

Exeter have the home support and the wind in this first half, but they have made a nervy start, with Skinner's overcooked drop-out giving Sarries the field position for their try and the line-out malfunctioning on a few occasions.

But they still look dangerous with the ball in hand and are growing into the game.

  20. Postpublished at 15:33 BST 6 June

    Exeter 0-5 Saracens

The line-outs have definitely been an issue for Exeter early on here, some mitigation of course because of the weather but it's an area they need to improve on as it is killing their momentum at present.
