    Exeter 18-5 Saracens

    Saracens are unravelling fast.

The restart goes out on the full.

Charlie Bracken is back on after his 10 minutes in the sin-bin either side of the break - how things have changed since his departure!

Mark McCall is ready to make changes - he has to really - with Owen Farrell, Nick Isiekwe and talented young winger Noah Caluori all coming on.

A big task ahead of the new Sarries men.

Big moment… Thomas du Toit delivers again. What a player! Ninth try for the season. He’ll be a huge loss next season.

Du Toit is returning to South Africa to join The Sharks in 2027.

    Slade (51 mins)

Henry Slade is having a fine match, one of his best, and he takes up the opportunity to kick three more points from the tee after a Sarries infringement on the 22.

Chiefs lead by 13 points now.

    Bath 24-17 Leicester

Orlando Bailey almost does superbly to force his way through the Bath back line but after the ball hits him on the head, referee Ian Tempest adjudges the Tigers centre has knocked on.

Bath kick clear from the resulting scrum.

    Brilliant Exeter try.

Henry Slade at the heart of it all - as he so often is - with the lovely timing of the pass to Ridl and then the final finish.

It's now 12 unanswered points for the Chiefs since that Segun disallowed try and they are firmly in control.

  7. 'That came from absolutely nothing'published at 16:33 BST 6 June

Brilliant handling from the Exeter Chiefs backs and they've got a try!

That came from absolutely nothing but Campbell Ridl and Olly Woodburn linking brilliantly for Henry Slade.

Exeter have got a bit of breathing space.

Try: Bath 24-17 Leicesterpublished at 16:31 BST 6 June

Du Toit (51 mins), con Carreras

Relentless pressure from Bath and - eventually - Thomas du Toit scores a hat-trick underneath the sticks.

The hosts are not to be denied and the big South African manages to force the ball on the line.

Comfortable extra two points for Santi Carreras, bang in front of the posts.

The main man scores for the Chiefs!

Henry Slade has taken the game by the scruff of the neck and the home fans are loving it!

The hosts win the turnover and counter quickly through Slade who finds Campbell Ridl.

The wing is tackled but offloads to Olly Woodburn who in turn sends back inside to the supporting Slade who ensures he gets as close to the posts as possible to make his own conversion easier.

Chiefs well on top now - the shackles are off!

Penalty against Leicester but the prop is not sent to bin.

We will go again, five from the line.

The second halves have also started at Gloucester, Harlequins and Sale.

Sale have already secured their place in next season's European Champions Cup after scoring four first-half tries against Bristol.

Gloucester will almost certainly be joining them with a 21-point advantage over Newcastle Red Bulls.

    Exeter 8-5 Saracens

Ooh Exeter are almost in in the opening exchanges of the second half.

Again Henry Slade is the architect but his pass is spilled forward by winger Campbell Ridl - if that went to hand he might have been in.

Chiefs need to press home their advantage with Saracens still down to 14 men remember - with Charlie Bracken still in the sin-bin it's Max Malins taking on the unfamiliar role of scrum-half.

    Bath 17-17 Leicester

Advantage Bath but, despite countless drives, Leicester's defence remains firm.

Tap and go they will go again, a couple of metres short of the Tigers' line.

    Bath 17-17 Leicester

Bath yet to find their groove after half-time.

Santi Carreras shins a kick on the short side but it must have got a deflection as Bath have the line-out.

They pick up the loose ball following an up-and-under and get a penalty for a high shot by Ollie Chessum.

    Bath kick for the corner.

  15. Second half under way at Sandy Parkpublished at 16:23 BST 6 June

    Exeter 8-5 Saracens

The final 40 minutes of the season for one of these teams begins.

A reminder that if Exeter win or draw, they will secure a place in the top four for the first time since 2021.

Saracens will make the top four if they win, unless Exeter get two losing bonus points, and the Londoners fail to pick up a try-scoring bonus of their own - if the sides are level on points Saracens would go through as they will have one more win than Exeter.

    Bath 17-17 Leicester

    Dan Albutt
    BBC Radio Bristol commentator

The prize couldn't get much bigger and Bath with home advantage will need to kick on and make the most of that opportunity or they'll be kicking themselves if they see this game slip away from them.

    Bath 17-17 Leicester

Brilliant interception from Leicester's Ollie Chessum and the Tigers can clear their lines up to half-way.

Tom De Glanville takes opposite full-back George Pearson in the air and Leicester get a penalty off referee Ian Tempest.

  18. 'Exeter were under the cosh'published at 16:18 BST 6 June

    HT: Exeter 8-5 Saracens

    John Lockyer
Former Exeter Chiefs captain on BBC Radio Devon

That was an amazing last three of four minutes because Exeter were were under the cosh, we all thought that Sarries might have scored in that corner and instead of that, Exeter win the line-out through Andrea Zambonin, they then get a penalty and then the next thing that happened Exeter are in the 22 because of the deliberate knock-on.

Yellow card, and then what we saw was a sensational try in front of the line-out.

    Well done the Chiefs.

  19. Second half under way at The Recpublished at 16:17 BST 6 June

    Bath 17-17 Leicester

The first 40 minutes was absolutely fabulous despite wretched conditions at The Rec.

Let's hope for the same in the second 40 as Bath kick us off once again.

As things stand, Bath will finish second and will host the Tigers in a rematch next weekend.

We could have more of this to be fair!
