Arundell has to be shown a second yellow there. He’s never even close to getting to the ball.

    Alex, London

The bench needs to come on in the second half ASAP. Be a very interesting half-time talk in the England dressing room

    Nick

England look like they don't want the ball and when they do have it, they don't know what to do with it!

What was Arundell thinking then. That was remarkable.

At the very least, he needs to get off the field because his head is in the clouds.

How many times will England kick away possession leading to Scottish tries before they work out it's a terrible idea?

    Charles, Surrey

That came from Mitchell's poor kick. Unfortunate for Genge. Way too many first up missed tackles. Shocking from England.

    Nick, Wales

England would be in this if they didn't keep kicking the ball away.

That is not an England side that we have seen for a year or so. The disorganisation in the backline and the tackles.

Goodness me, you won't want to see that again.

  16. converted try

Converted try SCOTLAND 24-10 Englandpublished at 27 mins

    Ben White

A terrible mistake from Ellis Genge and Ben White capitalises for Scotland!

It all comes from more brilliant play from Finn Russell, who jinks away from a couple of defenders and then dinks a little kick over the top.

Genge tries to dive on it but only pushes it back towards the line, gifting White the chance to score.

Russell continues his perfect record off the tee this afternoon and Murrayfield roars its approval.

Just shows you how important the discipline is.

You're going to have to not give any penalties away in your own half because they'll just kick to corners and keeping this England team out for long periods like that is going to be difficult.

    Scotland 17-7 England

    Matt Dawson

Class form George Ford, that is exactly what we expect from them. He got the ball, a quick ball.

Arundell was sniffing around because he knows he cost his side a couple of tries and went over.
