Arundell fails to leave the ground and received a knee to the face, and is penalised. The danger is to the player on the ground with the rules as they stand. Should have been a penalty to England and yellow card to Scotland.

    David, West Lothian

What am I missing? Is Arundell not allowed to be trying to get to the ball? His eyes are on the ball the whole way, Scotland player gets there first fine, but if he doesn't jump with his knee up into Arundell's face, he doesn't get taken out...
