    Fiji 0-0 Scotland

Well played Fiji! Alamo stuff as they see out over five minutes of solid pressure there. Scotland drive from a lineout, but they can't get the ball away and get pinged for a turnover.

    Fiji 0-0 Scotland

Tremendous defence! Another offside but Scotland were so close to finding the line there. My word Scotland will know they've had a game after this. Some huuuge hits in already.

    Fiji 0-0 Scotland

A massive period of play, must have been 20+ phases, as Scotland patiently probe at the edges with some huge hits coming in. Scotland end with a penalty for offside in front of the posts and go for a scrum. Blood in the water.

    Fiji 0-0 Scotland

There may be plenty of changes to the Scotland XV but they play in familiar patterns. There's some lovely passing and tempo to their first spell of possession with skipper Stafford McDowall chucking out a lovely wide ball. So far Fiji stand strong though.

    Fiji 0-0 Scotland

Scotland win a welcome penalty from the first scurm of the day. Always a confidence booster for the pack.

A very early line break from Fiji wing Selestino Ravutaumada as the men in white make a sharp start. Plenty of phases from the off.

  8. 'Scotland have to be disciplined'published at 14:14 BST 18 July

Former Glasgow Warriors back on BBC Radio Scotland

Fiji will want to improve on what happened last week, defensively be harder to break down and score against.

For Scotland they have to be disciplined but they can't just go set piece to set piece, they need to attack and have the ambition they've shown in the last games but also underpin it with real solid discipline and a robust defensive effort.

Spine-tingling stuff as Fiji go through the Cibi - their traditional battle cry. Scotland stand in a line and stare it down. This is on!

    Fiji v Scotland (14:10)

Gregor Townsend has made 14 changes to the team that started in Pretoria last weekend.

The only player retained from last weekend's exhilarating defeat by South Africa is Gregor Brown, who shifts from lock to number eight.

Stafford McDowall captains the side and is partnered in the centres by Glasgow Warriors teammate Ollie Smith.

George Horne and Fergus Burke start as the half-backs, while Duhan van der Merwe, Darcy Graham and Tom Jordan form a high-calibre back three.

In the forwards, Gregor Hiddleston makes his first Scotland start at hooker after impressing off the bench against Argentina and South Africa - he is joined in the front row by experienced duo Rory Sutherland and D'Arcy Rae.

Jonny Gray and Max Williamson are the second row partnership, with Josh Bayliss and Freddy Douglas - who also makes his first Scotland start - flanking Brown at the base of the scrum.
