  1. What a win for Scarletspublished at 17:11 GMT 24 January

    FT: Scarlets 27-22 Ulster

That's all from us on a dramatic afternoon in west Wales.

A win that will live long in the memory for Scarlets who are off the bottom of the table with their last-gasp victory.

Ulster will wonder how they managed to let that one slip from their grasp.

Leading with the clock in the red, having two tries chalked off, and even kicking the ball into the stands thinking they had it won...they'll be sick heading back to Belfast.

You can read the match report here while there'll be more reaction to come across the BBC Sport website.

"You've got to have a good defence and [defence coach] Jared Payne is doing a fantastic job. I've been hugely impressed by him."

    Mee try, Costelow con

    Scarlets have won it! Unbelievable!

What a moment for Ellis Mee. The maul is halted but Costelow whips the ball into the wing's hands.

He still has plenty to do but swats away tackles from Postlethwaite and Flannery before diving over for the game-winner.

  7. Sin-bin - Werner Kokpublished at 82 mins

    Scarlets 20-22 Ulster

South African wing Kok is sent to the bin for whatever is left of this one.

Scarlets have the penalty midway in their own half.

Another good nudge from Costelow brings them 10 metres into Ulster's half.

    Some drama here.

Oh my goodness! How close were Scarlets to winning this one?

David McCann races back to make a try-saving tackle and Doak boots into the stands.

It's not over, though, as we go all the way back to check a high tackle from Werner Kok.

BBC Sport Wales rugby reporter at Parc y Scarlets

What an earth has Sam Costelow got in those yellow boots?

Not only did he make that penalty into the stiff Llanelli wind, he absolutely nailed it.

    Somehow, somehow, Scarlets are leading.

    Costelow

Having waited so long to get into the lead, Ulster give it straight back.

All credit to Sam Costelow, though, who steps up and nails a penalty right into the teeth of the stiff wind.

Some kick and this one takes another turn.

    Wilson try, Doak con

Finally Ulster get over the line in this second half.

It looked for all the world that it was going to be Bryn Ward who got over but he has stopped just shy after more heroic defending from the Scarlets.

This time, though, Scott Wilson was on hand to gather and burrow his way over.

Can Scarlets respond having spent so long on the backfoot?

It's been 25 minutes of consistent pressure from Ulster in this second half.

They've had more than 60% possession and now they have the numerical advantage too.

Still, though, Scarlets have the lead.
