There is just such a gulf in so many of the areas and one of them is just the skill set of this French team and it is incredible when they keep the ball alive. Ireland are just not getting an opportunity tonight because the French can just run all over them.

That is far too risky from Sam Prendergast and nowhere near accurate enough.

That has been the story of the night for Ireland.

France are nearly at it again as Sam Prendergast gives the ball away with a dicy long pass, and Theo Attissogbe intercepts it.

He marks a dart forward and finds Hugo Auradou with a delightful offload, but the big second row doesn't have the pace and he's brought down.

France are so physical. It's like men against boys at times.

France bonus point. They are already looking so good. It's going to be long 80 minutes for Wales, Scotland, France and Italy against them!

Have France been watching Northampton Saints perhaps ?

Getting embarrassing for green! Can’t see bench turning this around

Both sides make a whole host of changes.

Nick Timoney, James Ryan, Jack Conan and Jack Crowley are on for Ireland.

Cian Prendergast, Joe McCarthy and Josh van der Flier come off.

Regis Montagne is on for France, which is a literal translation for mountain.

That's the last thing Ireland want.

With the way Ramos has been playing, I'm going to go with genius.

But you know the saying, the better you are, the luckier you get.

I'm not sure if that's genius or a slice of luck from Thomas Ramos but either way that is the worst possible person that ball could've landed for .

Ramos is at it again as he sidesteps Tommy O'Brien, beats Jamison Gibson-Park and finds Depoortere.

France make a few more metres before they knock it on, but this is stunning from the hosts.

Like the rugby IQ from Ramos there was out of this world. I know Dupont gets a lot of the plaudits but he's some player.

    Louis Bielle-Biarrey (con Ramos)

    THAT IS OUTRAGEOUS!

Antoine Dupont chips the ball over the top and Thomas Ramos looks like he's going to be beaten to it by Osborne.

But the French full-back sticks his leg out to poke it out wide, and Louis Bielle-Biarrey sprints over for the bonus point.

It was genuis from Ramos, and he converts for good measure.
