Jaden and Jordan Hendrikse have been given the nod to start at half-back for South Africa.

It will be the first time the brothers have partnered each other at international level, although they are more than accustomed playing together for Sharks in the United Rugby Championship.

They are the only changes in the back line, while head coach Rassie Erasmus has had a shake-up among the forwards.

There are four alterations in the starting pack with hooker Johan Grobbelaar, prop Thomas du Toit, lock Franco Mostert and flanker Elrigh Louw - who comes in for the injured Pieter-Steph du Toit - included.

Prop Ox Nche was initially selected but has been withdrawn with Wilco Louw returning to the starting side at tight-head prop, while Thomas du Toit lines up at loose-head. Jean Kleyn was also another late withdrawal with Eben Etzebeth starting again.

Flanker Siya Kolisi captains the squad that includes 16 World Cup winners.

Warren Gatland has been forced into some late changes for this final autumn outing.

Nicky Smith comes in for Gareth Thomas (illness), Josh Hathaway comes in for Tom Rogers (calf) with Kemsley Mathias and Owen Watkin taking their places on the bench.

Sam Costelow is recalled at fly-half after his unexpected cameo on the wing against Fiji, with Gareth Anscombe dropping out of the matchday 23.

Rio Dyer will make his first appearance of the campaign on the wing, with Blair Murray switching to full-back in place of Cameron Winnett.

It'll be the first time New Zealand-born Murray has started a professional game at full-back, but Gatland is confident he's had enough rugby there.

In the forwards, Christ Tshiunza replaces injured lock Adam Beard, while number eight Taine Plumtree is recalled for Aaron Wainwright.

Gloucester lock Freddie Thomas is set to win his first cap from the bench.

Good evening and welcome to the Principality Stadium for the finale of Wales' autumn series.

After losses to Fiji and Australia, Wales would love to sign off a disappointing 2024 with a win, but then that's easier said than done.

Tonight's opponents are no less than world champions South Africa, with the Springboks arriving in Cardiff after defeating England at Twickenham.

To say Wales are underdogs would be a massive understatement, Warren Gatland's side are on their worst losing streak in the history of Welsh rugby.

And even if they do manage to prevent a 12th straight loss, no doubt questions surrounding Gatland's future as head coach will continue to be asked.
