Well, the 2026 Six Nations is over for Wales Women - although the inquest will be only just beginning. That thrilling finish against Scotland on the opening weekend, when Wales were pushing for a dramatic late win, seems a very long time ago now.
Italian fans can at least watch on to see if their side can finish third in the table. Welsh supporters meanwhile, are left to reflect on a second consecutive whitewash.
"What I've just said to the players is that we've just got to be better. When you have the wind behind your back, you can't go into half-time 19-17 up, we leaked too many tries in that first half. In the second half, the breakdown just killed us.
"The big aim that we were going after today was that third quarter, that's been a really big area for us to be focusing on. We'll have to have a real deep dive into that."
"Extremely difficult result, but we can't put any fault on anyone but ourselves today. We went into half-time on top and came out leaking penalties at the breakdown, giving soft turnovers, we can't win games like that. We've got some hard reflection to do now.
"We managed the end of the first half much better than last week and that's something we really wanted to work on. Discipline was also a massive thing to work on after last week and we haven't fixed that. If we give the ball away and give penalties away, we're going to pay for it."
'This is a team still a long way away'published at 14:19 BST 17 May

It is now 10 straight Six Nations defeats for Wales, and back-to-back whitewashes.
For three games in this tournament, there were flashes of progress, particularly in attack against Scotland and England and Sean Lynn's side were resilient for long periods against France.
But the performances against Ireland and Italy have signified regression. For all the positive talk of late, the table does not lie and this is a team still a long way away from competing regularly with the best.
"Disappointment is probably the word. We're frustrated as well, as a group.
"We've made so many strives forward but it's still not showing on the scoreboard. That 30 minutes after half-time, we were going after that this week but we're going to have to have a look at ourselves to see what happened during that time. We went in 19-17 up at half-time, so it's disappointing.
"You can't fault the effort of the girls and as a collective, you can't help but smile when you're in a Wales jersey."
Rachel Taylor Former Wales captain and coach on BBC Radio Wales
Wales don't compete at the lineout, they're late to hit the drive and suddenly, it's a 15-metre walking maul and the defence that we've praised all tournament has let them down massively in this game.

With Seren Lockwood on in place of Keira Bevan at scrum-half you'll see an injection in the pace of passing from the teenager.
She's the type of player who snipes around the rucks and is a lot less likely to box-kick than Bevan.
It will be interesting to see how Wales go about clearing their lines if their attack is going nowhere, a lot more pressure on Lleucu George's clearing kicks now.
