Argentina earn a penalty just inside England's half. Captain Julian Montoya points the posts.

Mateo Carreras' yellow card will remain exactly that.

England look dangerous every time they get the ball.

It feels like Argentina are completely misusing their emotional energy.

Oh dear. Tommy Freeman kicks down the right flank but it's been spilled over the line by a diving and rolling Fin Smith.

He was under pressure from Tomas Albornoz.

England are rumbling forward again. This feels ominous.

    Argentina 0-12 England

Mateo Carreras is aghast as the referee goes for his yellow card but there's head contact on Tommy Freeman.

Freeman was on the way down but Carreras was tackling up according to the video referee.

Video referee Brett Cronan wants another look at a tackle on Tommy Freeman by Mateo Carreras.

    Yellow card coming?

Immanuel Feyi-Waboso is very quickly developing a reputation at international level.

He has no right to break the line and get through three or four players but he's quick, powerful, and has the wherewithal to pass the ball to his team-mate under pressure.

    Ben Earl (con Fin Smith)

It's Ben Earl's name on the scoresheet, holding off Tomas Albornoz to barrel over, but it's all about the work in the build up.

Joe Heyes busts through a tackle before passing off the ground to Immanuel Feyi-Waboso, who dances through with Earl in support on his right.

    Lovely.

Fin Smith makes no mistake from in front of the posts.

Jamie George has his hands to his mouth as the referee's whistle blows. Ellis Genge wanted a big shove on Tomas Rapetti, but he's not straight.

    Argentina 0-5 England

Mateo Carreras' break was fancy footwork. Ellis Genge takes the more... direct approach, bulldozing through a couple of bodies and helping England work their way towards the 22.

But Ollie Chessum can't gather cleanly.

    Argentina scrum.

    Argentina 0-5 England

Lovely break from Mateo Carreras, bursting up the middle of the park, but as he's tackled, the ball pops out.

    Argentina 0-5 England

It's a little bit raggedy from both sides in the middle of the park. Slow balls, big tackles forcing errors, knock ons...

Argentina have a scrum around their 10-metre line and England give away a penalty. I'm not sure we've seen a proper scrum contest yet.

Wearing your nation's football colours as a rugby team is worse than the banner the football team were waving in my book.

I love how the Argentina rugby team have adopted the strip worn by the infamous Maradona 86. A little bit of spice to the game.

    Argentina 0-5 England

Excellent work from England's defence, riding all of that (admittedly self-inflicted) pressure.

Argentina were within spitting distance of the try line on the right wing - I think it was Immanuel Feyi-Waboso with the crucial block - and then Jack van Poortvliet forced a knock-on as they tried to shift back left.

England eventually earn a scrum on their five-metre line, Argentina are penalised for not binding, and Fin Smith hoofs clear. A bit of relief for England.

    Argentina 0-5 England

Offside, tackle without the ball, George Martin collapsing the maul.

Jamie George is warned about the penalties conceded by England. Next one is a yellow card. Eek.

Argentina will have another line-out within a hefty push of England's line.

    Argentina 0-5 England

Now it's England who are accumulating penalties at a rate of knots.

Argentina kick to the left corner again. They'll have another line-out about five metres out.

The try will stand but Argentina will have a penalty from the restart.

They kick to the left corner.

Tommy Freeman quite rightly not happy with the cheap shot from Argentina after he scored the try.

The Argentina players have tried to ruffle a few feathers, just as they did during the football during the week.

    Tommy Freeman (con missed)

England take the line-out quickly and recycle the ball towards the right flank.

Fin Smith chips a little kick into the corner, Tommy Freeman gathers and dives over.

And then... handbags. Quite a lot to unpack there.

    Smith misses the conversion.
