Nishikori, perhaps still basking in the glow of taking the first set from the Swiss, drops his intensity as Federer holds with a delicate volley.

Federer finds the net with the first point on his serve before Nishikori does the same looking for a backhand winner.
15-15.
*Federer 4-6 Nishikori
That was only the second set Federer has dropped at this tournament since the first set of his first match against Lloyd Harris.
You can blame rustiness for that, but what can you blame for this?

A looping forehand deceives Federer and that, my friends, is that.

Now then Kei - what was that?
Nishikori is in control of the game and the point, but then goes wild with a forehand.
The Japanese player sets up set point with a lovely volley at the net.

Great hitting from Nishikori - he doesn't let his opponent get on top of him in the first rally and forces the error.
He then hits Fed with a serve-and-volley winner.
30-0.
Pella 5-7 4-6 6-3 3-6 Bautista Agut
What a battle it was on Court One.
But it's 23rd seed Roberto Bautista Agut who, at the age of 31, sets up the biggest match of his career.

Federer, thanks to two aces en route, holds easily.
Now what Roger?
Will Nishikori hold his nerve serving for the set?
Pella 5-7 4-6 6-3 3-6 Bautista Agut
Roberto Bautista Agut said after his win:
"It was a really good fight. He's a really good player. Every match is really difficult here, every opponent gives everything on the court.
"I'm enjoying playing on these courts. I've enjoyed every match I've played."
On his semi-final opponent Novak Djokovic:
"Novak is the number one in the world and he's playing really well on grass.
"I'll have to play really good tennis if I want to beat him."

Nishikori - not known for his pacy serves - fires down an ace.
Timely.

That's a great backhand slice feint from Nishikori.
30-15 before an excellent backhand gets the better of his highly-decorated opponent.
40-15.
Pella 5-7 4-6 6-3 3-6 Bautista Agut
He was the only player in the men's singles draw yet to drop a set.
Roberto Bautista Agut may have lost that record, but he has just bettered his best-ever Grand Slam result to set up a Wimbledon semi-final against world number one Novak Djokovic.
Delivering forehand winner after forehand winner, Bautista Agut eventually overpowered Guido Pella in a deserved victory against a resilient opponent.
Pella defeated some big grass court names on his way to the quarter-finals, but after 16 hours of tennis - three of which were contested today - he perhaps didn't have enough left in the tank to match a relentless Bautista Agut.

Brutal hitting - flat and fast which Federer comes out on top of.
RF holds to love.
Nishikori eased off a little there, tbf.
This next service game is a crucial one to hold for the eighth seed.

Melichar and Soares played magnificently well. They fitted so well together.
It's remarkable to think Murray is back playing as well as he did.

Will we see Serena and Andy team up again?
Let's hope so.
This partnership feels too exciting to not have a second outing...

There are some moments you know are just special. That certainly applies to Andy Murray and Serena Williams playing mixed doubles together. We don't know if we will see this pairing again.
Melichar and Soares played such good doubles in crucial moments.
