This is one of the big strengths and advantages that Serena has. She expects to win these types of matches. It's just an innate belief. And on the other side of the net Juvan can say she's done well, played a good match and hasn't embarrassed herself. That's the challenge, does she have that belief and will to keep battling?

Juvan saves one break point but the first serve on the second is no good. That means Williams can inch forward for the second serve and the return is met by an attempted backhand down the line from Juvan.
The angles are all wrong though, it is just out, Williams breaks and that could be the beginning of the end for the Slovenian.

On whether Nick Kyrgios should get a coach...
It will help when he's ready to listen and take the messages on board.
But until then, there's no point.

Nick Kyrgios to 40-0 in a blink of an eye via one superb drop-shot/lob one-two punch and two aces.
Rafael Nadal nicks a point back as Kyrgios, reveling in his cushion, bunts long.
But another ace out of the quiver and it is a done deal.

Is the Juvan resistance coming to an end? Two break points for Williams.

Serena Williams loses the first point of game four, but then produces a masterclass of serving with Juvan struggling to get a racquet on it. Still, we're at 2-2.

Kyrgios 3-6 6-3 0-0 *Nadal
Even the changeovers are engrossing.
Nick Kyrgios has another little nibble at the umpire over Rafa's slow play.
He then jumps up and stands on the baseline, twirling his racquet in his hand like a majorette while Nadal finishes toweling down.
Nadal gets a little bit of bird from the crowd now. Is he now trolling Kyrgios deliberately? He fires back in Spanish and jogs to the baseline and we are ready to play...

There's still a way for Juvan to go but who would have thought she would even be in this position when she took the court against Serena?

An excellent hold from Kaja Juvan. She had to dig deep but she saved two break points and we remain on serve in the decider.

Juvan gets a bit lucky. She saves one break point and has to then repeat the trick, she does, just about, aided by a helpful net cord. Deuce.

It is the sustained pressure that Serena is putting on Juvan. Juvan is certainly feeling it.

Alex Haworth: Kyrgios has a point, but he has also lost the plot.
Stuart Ritchie: It’s ridiculous for people to boo Kyrgios for underarm serves. Nadal once again getting away with time wasting when other players would be penalised for same thing.
Charlene Beedie: I don't understand it all and I certainly don't like it.....Kyrgios needs to grow up and have some respect for the sport and the players and the officials.
George Manchester: Nick Kyrigos is box office and good for tennis and he’s right when it’s his serve and he’s in the motion why should he have to wait for Rafa..
Rich: Yes Nadal's slow, but that doesn't give Kyrgios a free pass to act like a petulant little child. Trying to demean and belittle the umpire is not going to get him on your side. And he tries it every single match.
A player that certainly splits opinion...
