    FT: Leeds 1-0 Southampton

    Leeds United

Leeds boss Javi Gracia to Sky Sports: "Very proud of the club. When I arrived, I saw everyone was involved; the owners, the directors. Everyone gave us a warm welcome, especially the supporters and players. After 10 games without a win, the team needed it. It is one step, but an important step.

"The difference was we were solid. We got a clean sheet and that is important. That is the way we need to grow. I can tell you I am proud of my players; today they did their job. We are happy with the result and attitude."

  3. 'One of the best dressing room's I've seen'published at 17:13 GMT 25 February 2023

    FT: Leeds 1-0 Southampton

    Leeds United

Leeds defender Junior Firpo to Sky Sports: "Probably [the biggest goal of my career]. In the situation we are right now, we don't deserve o ne here but I got a goal.

"We did a really good first half. We thought it could be a gams like others where we create chances, don't score and then the other team scores once. We managed the game really well. It has been one of the toughest times in my career, but we have one of the best dressing rooms I've seen and we deserve the win."

  4. 'Few minutes better than 90 for KDB'published at 17:12 GMT 25 February 2023

Bournemouth v Man City (17:30 GMT)

    Manchester City

Pep Guardiola says Kevin de Bruyne is not quite fully fit after the illness that caused him to miss the Champions League tie at RB Leipzig in midweek, hence the decision to only start him on the bench today.

"I didn’t see him fully recover, that’s why maybe for a few minutes is better than 90," Guardiola told BBC Sport pre-match.

  5. 'The boys and the coach fill me with confidence'published at 17:10 GMT 25 February 2023

    FT: Everton 0-2 Aston Villa

    Aston Villa

Aston Villa goalscorer Ollie Watkins to BBC Sport: “It’s always nice to score goals. I’m feeling really confident in front of goal. The boys and the coach fill me with confidence. They put the ball in the position for me to finish. I have to do the easy part which is finish. Long may it continue.”

On a debate with Emiliano Buendia over who would take a penalty – when Watkins was looking for a club-record Premier League scoring run: “I was thinking about that but also I work on them all the time. We haven’t been fortunate with penalties this season. I’ve been waiting for my moment and I took it today.

“They tested us with a lot of long balls. Sean Dyche team, they’re going to be physical. But we were good all over the park.

“It’s been the objective to always move up the table. We’re a great team but it’s about game management for us, seeing games out when we’re ahead.”

  6. 'It's not good enough from us'published at 17:10 GMT 25 February 2023

FT: West Ham 4-0 Nottingham Forest

    Nottingham Forest

Nottingham Forest's Joe Worrall: "We didn't do well enough to recover the third and the fourth and that period was not good enough and too soft.

"Two goals in two minutes is not acceptable at this level. It's a big step-up for everybody and if you concede two on the bounce you don't deserve anything from the game.

"It's not nice at the moment but if we can take something from it and learn from it then the 10-15 minutes the goals came in, we will look to put something right.

"It's not good enough from us, it's as simple as that. On the road we haven't been good enough this season. We need to score more and stop conceding. It's more inflicting damage on ourselves.

"We'll back ourselves to beat anyone at home I think but we need to try and take some positives from today."

Just one change for Bournemouth from last Saturday's vital 1-0 win at Wolves - defender Chris Mepham comes in for the injured Marcus Tavernier.

Cherries midfielder Philip Billing makes his 100th Premier League appearance.

Bournemouth XI: Neto, Smith, Stephens, Mepham, Senesi, Zemura, Lerma, Billing, Ouattara, Traore, Solanke.

Substitutes: Travers, Randolph, Fredericks, Stacey, Rothwell, Christie, Semenyo, Anthony, Moore.

Manchester City, meanwhile, make four changes from their 1-1 draw at Nottingham Forest last weekend, including two at the back as Pep Guardiola seeks to remedy a run of five successive games without a clean sheet.

Nathan Ake and Manuel Akanji come in for Kyle Walker and the injured Aymeric Laporte. Rico Lewis replaces Bernardo Silva and Julian Alvarez is handed a start as Kevin de Bruyne's return from illness is only sufficient for a place on the bench.

Man City XI: Ederson, Akanji, Dias, Ake, Lewis, Rodri, Gundogan, Grealish, Foden, Alvarez, Haaland.

Substitutes: Moreno, Carson, Walker, Phillips, Perrone, Gomez, De Bruyne, Bernardo Silva, Mahrez.

  9. 'It's just the start for me'published at 17:03 GMT 25 February 2023

FT: West Ham 4-0 Nottingham Forest

    West Ham United

West Ham goalscorer Danny Ings to PLP: "To be honest I thought both halves we were brilliant we just couldn't put it in the back of the net [at first]. I stayed persistent and I thought we deserved to win. To get the four goals I thought was brilliant.

"I just threw myself at them really. When the ball's in the box I just try to stay in the right position. I'm slightly disappointed I didn't score more but it's a team win so it's massive for us.

"Straight away [Michail Antonio] scored so it's brilliant we're sharing the goals around and we got the win.

"At half-time it was about doing the same things, controlling the game and being more ruthless. We did that.

"It's just the start on a personal note. If we're getting the three points then we're moving forward as a team."

[On Bobby's Moore's anniversary]: "The atmosphere was fantastic today for such a special occasion."

    FT: Leicester 0-1 Arsenal

    Danny Gabbidon
Former Wales defender on BBC Radio 5 Live

Arsenal are a proper football side now and they have all the ingredients to win this Premier League.

It's not just the football they play, the individuals they have and the progression of their young players, but it's also the work they put in off the ball and the team spirit, which tells me they can be up there at the end of the season.

    The relief around this ground.

It was always going to be a one-goal game, but I don't think anyone expected that goal to come from Junior Firpo.

The left-back has not always been held in the highest regard by the Whites fans, but they owe him big time here. The noise for the goal was matched only by that at full-time.

Javi Gracia is out on the pitch handing out the hugs and high fives. He has inspired his team to a mighty, mighty big win.
