Wout Faes won't forget that half.
Somehow, Liverpool lead this 2-1 without scoring a goal themselves.
Leicester will go in wondering quite how this has happened.

Back under way in London.
All the pressure on West Ham.

Wout Faes own goal
Oh Wout! You poor, poor fella!
For the second time in the space of less than 10 minutes, Leicester defender Wout Faes scores an own goal.
You have much more sympathy for him with this one, though. Darwin Nunez races away and chips a shot over and past Danny Ward. It hits the post and Faes has no time to adjust himself to do anything but poke the ball into the empty net.
I can't remember ever seeing anything like this.
Faes is now on a hat-trick of own goals.
Liverpool 1-1 Leicester
Big chance for Leicester to restore their lead!
A flicked ball releases Jamie Vardy behind the Liverpool defence, but he has to check instead of going for goal himself. He sends the ball wide for Harvey Barnes, but he has a man for company and cannot steer his shot past him.

That hasn't been coming. Liverpool looked disjointed and had no kind of rhythm but that might be the kickstart they need to get back into this game.
It's a harmless ball from Trent Alexander Arnold on the right. There's no communication between Wout Faes and his goalkeeper. It loops about 20 foot, hits the post and drops in.
All of a sudden, Anfield comes to life - because Liverpool certainly hadn't looked like scoring before that.
Liverpool 1-1 Leicester
Leicester have some serious work to do now.
Liverpool have the bit between their teeth.
Liverpool 1-1 Leicester
All that fine work from the Foxes, underdone in a few seconds of calamity!
Wout Faes own goal
Disaster for the Foxes!
This is just bizarre! Trent Alexander-Arnold's low cross into the middle looks simple enough for Wout Faes to deal with but he stretches his boot and somehow conspires to slice the ball up, over Danny Ward and into the far corner. A heck of an own goal!
It is the biggest helping hand Liverpool could have hoped for!
West Ham 0-2 Brentford
John Hunt
Commentator on BBC Radio 5 Live
What an extraordinary first half this has been. A little flick on from an innocuous-looking throw-in beat the West Ham defence all ends up.
I can't overstate how good West Ham have been. They've had six or seven great chances and not converted any of them.
Declan Rice hitting the post is the closest they've come but their movement has been great, their passing has been slick and they've threatened Brentford all through this half. Unbelievably, they're two down.
Liverpool 0-1 Leicester
There are audible murmurs of discontent around Anfield.
Things aren't quite as dire as they are for West Ham, but this hasn't been a stellar season so far for Liverpool.
That challenge to make the top four only looks harder from here if they drop points.
Liverpool 0-1 Leicester
Cheers from the Leicester fans as Jordan Henderson's weak shot is easily saved by Danny Ward.
Liverpool 0-1 Leicester
Just the 55 minutes to hold on now, Gary.

Boos. Lots of boos.
Brentford are in control.
Lucas Paqueta sent a shot just past the far post before the break but the Hammers are going to have do much, much better in the second half or it will be five defeats on the bounce.
Liverpool 0-1 Leicester
Also, how many times have Liverpool dangerously given the ball away in their own half? Andy Robertson did earlier and now Jordan Henderson forces his defence into a scrambling bit of work.
Liverpool 0-1 Leicester
Liverpool don't half look vulnerable when Leicester turn the ball over in their own half. The home side are spared further defending to do as Harvey Barnes wanders offside before collecting a pass on the left.
West Ham 0-2 Brentford
Prolific work by Toney and Kane - but it's ultimately another terrifying Haaland stat.

I'm sure many have just gone to get an early place in the drinks queue for half-time, but there are empty seats all over the shop now.
It is turning into another very rough night for West Ham.
Josh Dasilva
Image source, Getty ImagesSucker punch! And West Ham have only themselves to blame!
A dire throw is intercepted by Ivan Toney, who sends a ball forward for Josh Dasilva. He looks to be second best against Aaron Cresswell, but shows greater desire to get past the home defender before finishing low.
The Bees in dream land. But West Ham have that now familiar sinking feeling.
