West Ham have definitely been the more proactive in this opening 10 minutes, as you'd expect.

Brentford just in a holding pattern at the moment.

Tomas Soucek was up in a flash after Paqueta went down.

He's now moved back towards the Hammers bench.

Actually, it would appear to have looked a lot worse than it was for Paqueta at first glance.

He went down off the ball, but after a bit of treatment he is back up and ready to go again.

Thomas Frank said he fully expected West Ham to come flying out of the blocks. Well, they have done.

Paqueta is getting plenty of early touches and it'll be interesting to see how he forms that midfield partnership with Declan Rice.

Said Benrahma scampers away down the left against his former side but has to check. West Ham keep the attack alive, though, and feed the ball to Declan Rice for a curling shot that hits the outside of the post and goes wide.

I think plenty in here thought that was heading in when it left the midfielder's boot.

The big high press is on from the home side, but Brentford do really well to manoeuvre the ball out of danger. They're a very neat and efficient side, the Bees. More than the sum of their parts.
