The ball just won't go in for City!

Jack Grealish feeds Kevin de Bruyne, whose shot from a tight angle hits the far post.

The rebound comes to Riyad Mahrez and Vicente Guaita leaps to his feet to tip the ball over.

And the offside flag goes up so maybe that wouldn't have counted - although there would have been a VAR review.

Brilliant by Conor Gallagher who wins the ball on the edge of the box and run about 50 yards - with nobody coming forward with him - before being fouled by Jack Grealish, who is booked.

City midfielder Rodri is a bit lucky to avoid a booking for pulling back the shirt of Wilfried Zaha.

Let-off for City. Palace play the corner short and work it well. Marc Guehi heads the ball on and Cheikhou Kouyate gets his angles wrong and heads it wide. Jean-Philippe Mateta was running in behind in a better position to head it on target.

Palace win a corner as John Stones' header put City in trouble and Kyle Walker puts it behind.

Wonderful play by Kevin de Bruyne to somehow find room where there wasn't any to poke a pass into Riyad Mahrez's path but he overruns it.

Wilfried Zaha knows he's offside when he gets the ball on the wing and he just waits patiently for the flag to go up.

It was 3-14 on shots in the first half. Appropriate for Pi Day.
