Everton

Everton boss Carlo Ancelotti, speaking to BT Sport: "They played better than us. They deserved to win. We were good defensively for 30 minutes. When they scored the game became difficult for us. They are a good team.

"Jordan did well. For the penalty he can do better but it doesn't change the performance. I think it was a penalty.

"The game that we planned was what we got for 30 minutes. We didn't have a lot of opportunities. Richarlison had a chance. But we have to be honest, we are not at the same level. We cannot play an open game against this kind of team. It was the plan to play the same way as we played against Liverpool, but against Liverpool we scored early.

"We are looking to fight for Europe. This is good for us. We will be there until the last game. We are disappointed for this defeat but no tragedy. We look to the next game."

Raphinha slips and then West Ham's Said Benrahma could be in but the Leeds winger recovers to win the ball back before he can get away.

Aaron Cresswell pumps a long ball into the box which Tomas Soucek gets his head to but it's no danger.

A draw would actually be enough to take West Ham into the Europa League spot and drop Everton to sixth.

West Ham's defence look scared as Raphinha flies forward. The ball eventually finds its way to Patrick Bamford, whose shot is deflected and loops up into the air.

West Ham's first real attack - good play by Jesse Lingard to drive forward. He backheels it into the path of Aaron Cresswell, whose cross is stopped.

Chelsea

Chelsea boss Thomas Tuchel talking to BT Sport: "We deserved to win. It was a very difficult first half but we controlled it completely. Second half we increased our level and had a lot of dangerous attacks.

"Very pleased with Kai. It was the trust we gave him and used the trust we gave him. He is a player who has all the ability to be a dominant figure in the offense and he stepped up.

"You see the quality of the players and the club. It is a pleasure to be on the sideline and work with the team. Everybody in the club is doing everything to compete at this level."

Again! Patrick Bamford puts the ball in the back of the net from Raphinha's cut-back. But the ball has just crossed the byeline before Raphinha is able to play it back.

West Ham 0-0 Leeds

VAR has a look and the goal remains disallowed. It was so close, impossible to tell with the naked eye really.

Tyler Roberts has the ball in the net for Leeds... but the flag has gone up.

Helder Costa is just offside as a ball is flicked into his path on the right side of the box. He squares and Roberts finishes.

Very bright start for Leeds. Mateusz Klich finds Helder Costa which a clever pass and the Portuguese hits a rising drive just over the bar from the edge of the box.

Raphinha's corner is glanced away by Issa Diop and Declan Rice defends well to hold off Tyler Roberts on the other wing.

Chelsea defender Cesar Azpilicueta to BT Sport: "Every victory is a step forward. We know we had to recover the ground we lost. Tonight was a very good performance. Everton are a tough team but we worked perfectly. It is very pleasing to see the team fighting for the ball. We could have scored even more.

"I am a part of a team that is working very hard. We are all doing our job. You see the way we fight for the ball and the strikers press for the ball.

"We are still far from where we want to be. We are on the right path but we haven't done anything yet. It is a collective mindset - when everyone is working hard. Chelsea is a top club in the world and you have to fight for a place."
