It was really tough for Fulham but in the second half West Ham just haven't played with the same mentality and intensity with which they finished the first half.

    West Ham 2-1 Fulham

It's such a flat atmosphere that it's easy to forget that Fulham are only one goal down here - and that's a half chance, Aleksandar Mitrovic turning inside the area and getting a shot away but it's charged down.

  5. YELLOW CARDpublished at 83 mins

    West Ham 2-1 Fulham

First game back, first booking - snide foul from Manuel Lanzini, clipping the heels of Denis Odoi as hhe looked to break away.

  6. goal

GOAL - Cardiff 1-4 Watfordpublished at 81 mins

    Sol Bamba

Sol Bamba's header is kept out by Ben Foster but the ball bounces off several people before the defender appears to get the last touch when it bobbles into the net.

That could have gone anywhere! Proper goal mouth scramble. Bamba starts to celebrate then realises his side are still 4-1 down and jogs back to the halfway line...

Chris Lord: You know you got hacks if you have Deulofeu as your triple captain on fantasy football! Playing a blinder!

Andy Ross: What do you mean 4-0 and only an assist!!? Come on Gérard.

  9. GREAT SAVE!published at 78 mins

    West Ham 2-1 Fulham

Tim Ream gifts possession to the Hammers and Manuel Lanzini carries the ball sharply away before finding Robert Snodgrass. He fires in a cross/shot which Marko Arnautovic gets a head to and Sergio Rico beats it clear with a strong hand.

  11. CLOSE!published at 77 mins

    Cardiff 0-4 Watford

Domingos Quina drags the ball back and deceives the full-back. He lifts his head up and tries to pick out a teammate but Sol Bamba gets it clear.

Watford immediately come straight back at Cardiff and Will Hughes lays it off to Gerard Deulofeu to hit. He does, but his shot is dragged a few yards wide of the keeper's left post.

  12. SUBSTITUTION - Lanzini onpublished at 76 mins

    West Ham 2-1 Fulham

The biggest cheer of the second half as Manuel Lanzini is on for his first West Ham appearance of the season. He replaces Felipe Anderson to a huge ovation. The loudest cheer I've heard inside the ground since Greg Rutherford's long jump.

You get the impression West Ham are allowing Fulham back into this a bit. There's a bit of unease in the crowd, there's only one goal in it, there's not a lot going on for West Ham and Fulham are just slowly starting to build.

If something falls the right way then they've got the quality in their team to hurt West Ham.

GOAL - Cardiff 0-4 Watfordpublished at 73 mins

    Troy Deeney

    Riot.

Etienne Capoue plays a lovely ball down the left for Gerard Deulofeu and this time, the Spaniard slips it to his right for Troy Deeney to smash into an open net.

    That was just so easy.

Into the last 20 minutes, weird atmosphere now, the game is sort of ticking along. No real sense of urgency or jeopardy from either side.

Check out those hats. They're better than all three of Gerard Deulofeu's goals. Unbelievable stuff!

Domingos Quina will replace Roberto Pereyra for Watford. A good 70-minute showing from the forward after returning to full fitness.

Cardiff also make another change. Kenneth Zohore is on for Oumar Niasse.

Fulham are not going to enjoy playing against Marko Arnautovic if he's on form.

He's got such a physical presence and some pace to go alongside it. He can be a real handful if he's on his game.
