It's all over. Frank Lampard ends his Premier League career in fairytale fashion, while Southampton's European hopes are out of their hands.
Into added time now. That was Aguero's 26th league goal of the season.
Southampton will have to wait to see if Aston Villa win the FA Cup to find out if they will be in the Europa League next season.
Sergio Aguero cements his status as Premier League top scorer with a simple finish. Jesus Navas's shot is deflected miles into the air, it loops over the head of Kelvin Davis and is nodded back across goal by Eliaqium Mangala for Aguero to head in.
Wilfried Bony lets fly with a rasping shot from 25 yards, but it's always rising over the bar.
It's just not happening for Southampton. Mane plays a neat one-two with Elia, but he fouls Zabaleta as he tries to scamper into the area.
And another player who could be making his final Manchester City appearance departs. James Milner, a man with huge question marks hanging over his future, is replaced by Vincent Kompany. Again he gets a huge ovation. Martin Demichelis steps into midfield.
Image source, AFPOne of the great Premier League careers comes to an end. Frank Lampard embraces Manuel Pellegrini as he leaves the pitch for the final time as a Manchester City player. Jesus Navas replaces him.
Milner has gone off for a bit but Manchester City are holding off on making the change. Eljero Elia is on for Southampton.

Final Score
"I think Pellegrini will be there next season. There will not be any panic but now the Financial Fair Play fine has been lifted, there will be spending this summer although I am a little bit disturbed that James Milner is going to be allowed to leave.
"This season they were just a little bit too complacent. I think this team have come to their end and they need a new breed of players."
James Milner has stayed down after a tackle by Shane Long and I'm not he's going to be able to continue here.
Oh, what a chance that is. Southampton's best opportunity of the match. Sadio Mane peels off Kolarov and has a free header eight yards out but he gets his timing wrong and can't get any power in the effort. You'd expect a man who scored a three-minute hat-trick last week to do better.
For once, Graziano Pelle is onside as he is released down the inside left by Sadio Mane's clever reverse pass but his cross is easily gathered by Joe Hart.
Jack Wright: The highest goalscorer and the most clean sheets; on that logic Manchester City should've dominated.
Kolarov whips in a great cross but Bony can't reach it.
Southampton have just been a little bit better in the last few minutes, but they still haven't really tested Joe Hart. Shane Long hits a side-footed effort from outside the area but it's tame.
Well well, could that be the last we see of Yaya Toure at the Etihad? He leaves the field to a standing ovation as Wilfried Bony enters the fray.
Image source, AFPDear oh dear. Graziano Pelle has just been caught offside for the fourth time in about ten minutes. No sign of an equaliser for Saints at the moment.
Ronald Koeman makes his first change, as James Ward-Prowse is introduced in place of Filip Djuricic. Southampton need some inspiration from somewhere.
And another chance for Frank Lampard. Again it's Milner who picks him out, a floated cross to the back post, but Lampard can only nod it in to the arms of Kelvin Davis.
