We are into the 64th lap of this race and the top three are vying for top spot but George Russell is only 4.7 seconds ahead of Max Verstappen.

He is, however, now beginning to catch the backmarkers.

George Russell looking to bounce back from a relatively disappointing run of form recently but he has driven brilliantly so far this afternoon. What has Max Verstappen got though? Has he got anything left in the tank?

To keep a beady eye on the frontrunners, I've spoken a lot about Max Verstappen's rapid pace in his pursuit of George Russell.

But Kimi Antonelli's taken a good chunk out of Verstappen in third.

We're going to run out of laps you'd think but a three-way battle for first would be cracking entertainment wouldn't it?

Charles Leclerc's boxed for a set of softs, by the way.

He's eighth now but 24.5 seconds behind Lando Norris. I guess why not roll the dice and see what happens on the optimal tyre for this track and conditions with this amount of laps to go.

  6. Postpublished at 15:17 BST

Max Verstappen came out the pits with a 10.7 second deficit to George Russell earlier.

He's carved five seconds out of that and there's still 10 laps left of this race to go.

    Can Russell hold on?

And Lando Norris nips in for seventh place from Charles Leclerc.

The Ferrari driver's having a miserable time on the hard tyre today.

Just 6.8 seconds separates Max Verstappen from race leader George Russell right now.

Squeaky bum time for the Mercedes man. 59 laps gone. I'll take another 59 laps of this action, please.

We have got 16 laps to go, Verstappen is eight-and-a-half seconds behind Russell. On the last lap he closed in on him by three-and-a-half to four tenths and behind him, Antonelli is 4.9 seconds adrift and he is going a tenth of a second faster than Verstappen.

Isack Hadjar nabs fifth place from Charles Leclerc but the Ferrari driver puts up a fight and doesn't concede easily.

In the end Hadjar just has the pace which Ferrari don't on that hard tyre.

Meanwhile down the road, Lewis Hamilton's lost a fair amount of time on Oscar Piastri too in the battle for fourth. He's 3.6 seconds down on the McLaren.

The heatwave's given way in the UK today and there's been a fair bit of rain around the country.

..and now there's rain on the radar in Austria.

Are we going to get a rainy finale? Or will the weather hold? Some rain would certainly mix things up here!

Do Ferrari have a bag full of strategy calls which they randomly draw throughout a GP Weekend?

    Dominic, Ibiza

Ferrari always had to roll the dice today. This isn't a track that's favourable to their car. Mercedes and Verstappen with his upgrades were always going to have a strong day.

Yes, yes Ferrari do swap Lewis Hamilton and Charles Leclerc with the former overtaking the latter.

Meanwhile there's some debris in turn three after Alex Albon his a bollard and there's a very brief virtual safety car.

And Kimi Antonelli pits, now. Meaning George Russell leads this topsy turvy race again.

Meanwhile further down the order, Lewis Hamilton is all over the back of his Ferrari team-mate Charles Leclerc again in a battle for fifth.

Will they swap the two cars soon and try and catapult Lewis into contention for more points?

I think it has been a challenging day for Charles Leclerc, started on the front row of the grid and every time we see him on the track, it seems like he is under threat or overtaken. He finds himself up in fifth place right now but that doesn't tell the full story of his afternoon.
