    Kimi Antonelli is in trouble. The Italian has lost another place and is now down to sixth place. His race engineer Pete Bonnington is trying to reassure his young driver but Antonelli says the car is not turning.

    Race engineer: "Any more info?"

    Kimi Antonelli: "The car is, I don't know. Something is broken."

    What's happening?! Kimi Antonelli is struggling and the championship leader is heading into the pits. He makes it, takes on some new mediums, but he is now running in fifth place.

    Ferrari are one-two, with Charles Leclerc first and Lewis Hamilton second.

    It is really interesting because Antonelli was storming towards Leclerc, he gained 1.7 seconds on him in the previous lap.

    Spine tingling stuff, you can hear the crowd, they are going mad, they are loving this racing and also they are loving the fact that Lewis Hamilton has moved up ahead of Max Verstappen. Max had no answer for that.

    Arvid Lindblad is still in the points in ninth place. Racing Bulls are on for double points, as Liam Lawson is running in eighth. Oscar Piastri hasn't been able to recover his race after that opening lap contact and front wing damage and is down in 14th place.

    Charles Leclerc is leading the way but Kimi Antonelli is now the quickest car at Silverstone.

  11. Hulkenberg stops

    Nico Hulkenberg has stopped in the Audi, so the virtual safety car is out once again. Max Verstappen sees a cheap pit stop, and heads into the pits to take on some medium rubber. The Dutchman comes out in fourth.

    The VSC is ending and Charles Leclerc is worried. The Monegasque driver leads this British Grand Prix but he's feeling the heat from the Mercedes of Kimi Antonelli behind.

    Max Verstappen is under threat from Lewis Hamilton now. The two old rivals make it on to the Wellington Straight and the Ferrari has the boost power to overtake the Red Bull. Hamilton is up into the podium places - but an Audi is in trouble...

    George Russell cannot catch a break but he has given a break to Lewis Hamilton who is in pole position to attack Max Verstappen, who seems to be struggling to hold on, he has got older tyres than Lewis behind him and I think it in only a matter of time we see these two great drivers doing it all over again.

    But who will it be, Steven? Charles Leclerc is leading now but Lewis Hamilton continues to be rapid after his stop for the hard compound. Kimi Antonelli is second, Max Verstappen is coming under pressure but hangs it out in third.

    Kimi Antonelli is called in just after George Russell, who is now on the medium compound, and takes on a set of fresh hard tyres. The Italian rejoins the track in second place, 6.9 seconds off race leader Charles Leclerc, who pitted earlier than the Italian.

    The Hamilton-Russell battle royale! When Hamilton is overtaking, it feels like he is flying. But immediately after, the car behaves like it has gotten wheels for riding instead of racing.

    George Russell is in for a check-up and comes out in seventh place. Lewis Hamilton moves up to fourth place behind Max Verstappen in that final podium place.

    George Russell is desperately hoping to put himself in the mix for a podium at his home race but Mercedes want the Briton to come into the pits with that slow puncture. He tries his luck on Max Verstappen but then he peels off into the pit lane.
