    George Russell just can't near to Mercedes team-mate Kimi Antonelli. The Briton hasn't even made it into the top five yet and has to settle for eighth on the timesheets.

    Home driver Charles Leclerc can inch closer to title leader Antonelli. The Ferrari man pops up to P2, 0.070 seconds off the Italian's time.

    Lewis Hamilton is sixth and after a front wing tweak, heads out again...

    Lando Norris crosses the line after his opening flying lap on the softs to beat Charles Leclerc's marker. Can the world champion stay there? Nope. Teenager Kimi Antonelli jumps above the McLaren by 0.141 seconds.

    Max Verstappen's second hot lap places him second on the board, 0.062 seconds off Antonelli's best time.

    George is out on a lap at the moment, he does need to do something that he can trust fairly early on. He does not want to be putting himself in another stressful situation and with only one run left to do.

    Out on track, Ferrari are one-two on the early Q2 timesheets, with Charles Leclerc quicker than Lewis Hamilton. But after his mini radio rant getting out of the pits a few moments ago, Max Verstappen goes fastest with a 1:13.205.

    Max Verstappen is calling one of the Williams mechanics an "idiot" as he tries to make his way out of the Red Bull garage. Looks like Carlos Sainz was let out too early, so the stewards have noted the team for an unsafe release.

    Esteban Ocon is also told the news he didn't make it through to the second part of qualifying, the Frenchman knocked out by the Williams of Carlos Sainz. "What? ****" he says on the team radio.

    Charles Leclerc was quickest in that session, with Red Bull's Max Verstappen in second and title leader Kimi Antonelli in third just behind.

    The top six are staying put iin the garage - Lewis hamilton has actually decided to get out the car and go for a little wander.

    Franco Colapinto is in 13th on the timehseets put the Alpine driver doesn't make it to the line in the time.

    Valtteri Bottas and Cadillac team-mate Sergio Perez are out, same goes for Oliver Bearman - P19 for the Haas driver.

    Can Carlos Sainz make it through to Q2? Yes he can! The Spaniard goes 10th on the board.

    One of the things is, people have been struggling getting temperature into the tyres so you might find that although, in theory if you get a new set of tyres up to temperature you will go quicker, it is better to have an older set of tyres at the right temperature.
