    Boston United have extended the loan stay of Norwich City forward Ken Aboh until the end of the season.

    The 21-year-old has featured 15 times and scored once for the National League side since initially signing for the Pilgrims in November.

    Aboh spent time on loan with Stevenage and Colchester in the English Football League last season.

    Altrincham have signed defender Charlie Olson from Blackburn Rovers on a permanent deal.

    Last season Olson, 21, spent seven months on loan with the Robins, where he played 20 games.

    He had a loan spell with Oldham Athletic in League Two before Christmas, but only played three cup ties.

    Carlisle United have signed goalkeeper Archie Mair on loan from Morecambe for the rest of the National League season.

    The 24-year-old joined Norwich City from Aberdeen in 2019 but did not make a first-team appearance for the Canaries, instead spending a series of spells out on loan before making a permanent move to Morecambe in the summer.

    One of those loan spells was to Notts County where he saved the decisive penalty in the shootout victory that earned the Magpies promotion back to the EFL in 2023.

    He will try to help Carlisle to the same achievement. They sit fifth in the National League and host Altrincham on Saturday.

    Sutton United have signed Kwaku Donkor from National League rivals Tamworth.

    The 21-year-old right-sided defender has moved for an undisclosed fee having made 21 National League appearances since moving to The Lamb from Welling last summer.

    The former Blackpool academy player featured in the three EFL Trophy games for the Tangerines in 2023 before a loan spell at Havant and Waterlooville.

    He moved to Welling in the summer of 2024 as the club went on to be relegated from National League South.

    Boston United have signed Derby County defender Jake Rooney on loan and brought in striker Tom Cursons for an undisclosed fee from Harrogate Town.

    Rooney, the 22-year-old cousin of Wayne Rooney, spent four months on loan at League One side Barnsley earlier this season.

    He was recalled at the start of January and now drops two divisions to join Boston in their battle to avoid relegation from the National League.

    Cursons, 24, has joined the Pilgrims on a "multi-year contract".

    He scored seven goals in 32 appearances after joining the Sulphurites from Ilkeston Town in January 2025.

    Both Cursons and Rooney, who has featured 23 times for the Rams across all competitions, could make their debuts for the Lincolnshire side at Boreham Wood on Saturday.

    Aldershot Town have signed Reading forward Sean Patton on loan until the end of the season.

    The 19-year-old Irishman has made three first-team appearances for the Royals this season after signing in September from Derry City.

    He has also played 14 times for Reading U21 since moving to the Berkshire club.

    Patton made 17 appearances for Derry City and another 13 while on loan at Finn Harps in the League of Ireland.

    Club captain Gareth Dean has been named interim manager by Brackley Town following Gavin Cowan's move to League Two side Shrewsbury Town.

    Dean scored at Wembley when Brackley won the FA Trophy in 2018 and last season made 42 appearances as they won promotion to the National League.

    The 36-year-old has played 24 games so far this term, helping the Saints to 15th in the table going into Saturday's game with Sutton United.

    Dean will be assisted by Alastair Worby while the club searches for a permanent replacement for Cowan, who had been in charge since May 2023.
