    Wolves 0-0 Brentford

    John Bennett
BBC Final Score reporter at Molineux

It's the first game this season where after 20 minutes I've written down absolutely no notes.

  2. YELLOW CARDpublished at 15:29 GMT 20 December 2025

    Man City 1-0 West Ham

Nico Gonzalez goes into the book for a foul on Crysencio Summerville.

  3. Postpublished at 15:29 GMT 20 December 2025

    Bournemouth 0-0 Burnley

Antoine Semenyo was back on the scoresheet on Monday for the first time in two months and he's not far off now with an effort that curls just wide of the far post.

  4. Postpublished at 15:29 GMT 20 December 2025

    Wolves 0-0 Brentford

Michael Kayode sums up the start to this game - he embarks on a galloping run forwards before killing Brentford's attack with a wayward pass.

There's been a real lack of quality so far this afternoon.

  5. Postpublished at 15:28 GMT 20 December 2025

    Man City 1-0 West Ham

That was less good from Erling Haaland. He almost can't believe his luck as it falls to him in space on the edge of the area but his dug out shot is well wide.

It might have taken a slight deflection. Let him off.

  6. 'Scrooge-y Saturday'published at 15:27 GMT 20 December 2025

    Glenn Murray
Former Crystal Palace and Brighton striker on Final Score

    It's been a Scrooge-y Saturday so far hasn't it?

I'm watching Brighton v Sunderland and Bournemouth v Burnley and neither have had any real chances so far.

As a Leeds fan with Haaland as FPL captain, I’m hoping we watch Man City put West Ham to the sword today.

    Man City 1-0 West Ham

Well that would have been pretty amazing, even for Erling Haaland, if he had managed to squeeze that in.

Lovely from Rayan Cherki but it's a tight angle for Haaland and his improvised volley can only find the side netting.

    Wolves 0-0 Brentford

    Nick Mashiter
BBC Sport football news reporter at Molineux

There may have been change at Molineux this week but Wolves fans want more.

In the 18th minute - signifying 1877 when the club was formed - some supporters held up small posters of Wolves' original club crest with the words 'Our Club' written on it.

There were also brief chants against owners Fosun but the impact felt minimal.

  10. YELLOW CARDpublished at 15:25 GMT 20 December 2025

    Wolves 0-0 Brentford

Wolves midfielder Joao Gomes is booked for a late challenge as Kevin Schade looks to break away down the left.

A few minutes ago Brentford defender Sepp van den Berg wen into the book for a reckless tackle.

  11. Postpublished at 15:24 GMT 20 December 2025

    Brighton 0-0 Sunderland

    I'll be honest, this isn't edge-of-your-seat stuff.

There might even be one or two inside the AMEX wishing they had braved Christmas shopping instead.

Play has been stopped to allow Mats Wieffer treatment after a collision with Simon Adingra.

  12. GREAT SAVE!published at 15:24 GMT 20 December 2025

    Wolves 0-0 Brentford

    Wolves almost take the lead!

David Møller Wolfe looks to clip a cross from the byline, but it takes a deflection and Brentford goalkeeper Caoimhín Kelleher is forced to tip the ball over form under his own crossbar.

    Decent spell for Wolves.

  13. 'Better from West Ham'published at 15:23 GMT 20 December 2025

    Man City 1-0 West Ham

    Leon Osman
Former Everton midfielder on BBC Radio 5 Live

West Ham have been a lot better in the last few minutes. They have pushed City backwards and the home side have not had another shot.

A good five or six minutes from West Ham.

    Bournemouth 0-0 Burnley

Bournemouth are regularly trying the ball over the top but their forwards are just mis-timing their runs, with Antoine Semenyo the latest to be caught out by the offside flag.

  16. Postpublished at 15:21 GMT 20 December 2025

    Wolves 0-0 Brentford

Thousands of Wolves fans are holding up posters that read 'our club' in protest against the club's hierarchy.

Rob Edwards' side are 14 points adrift of safety in the Premier League and we're not even halfway through the season yet.

  17. 'City feel untouchable'published at 15:20 GMT 20 December 2025

    Man City 1-0 West Ham

    Leon Osman
Former Everton midfielder on BBC Radio 5 Live

There is fluidity about Manchester City. They feel untouchable and that is allowing them to enjoy the football.

West Ham have got to use the places that City are leaving vulnerable. Easier said than done, but West Ham need to stop City enjoying this game.

  18. Postpublished at 15:20 GMT 20 December 2025

    Man City 1-0 West Ham

Manchester City are just happy to pass it round patiently.

They build a promising move but Nico O'Reilly slips on the edge of the box and that allows West Ham to pass it around a bit themselves.

Cue the ironic "we've won the ball" chant from the Hammers fans followed by cheers each time their players complete a pass.

If you can't laugh at yourself, and all that.

  19. YELLOW CARDpublished at 15:20 GMT 20 December 2025

    Brighton 0-0 Sunderland

Sunderland are full of confidence and energy.

They're finding space and putting the Brighton defence under pressure but suddenly a free-kick for the hosts about 20 yards out.

Brajan Gruda's attempt is on target but it is tame.

Moments later Gruda is booked for pulling back Sunderland skipper Granit Xhaka.

  20. Postpublished at 15:18 GMT 20 December 2025

    Bournemouth 0-0 Burnley

Not a great deal to report from here. While Bournemouth have been by far the better side neither have attempted an effort on target.
