Luis Diaz gets himself in a really good position 15-yards out. He turns and patiently waits to lay it off to a teammate but instead gives the ball away.
Crystal Palace get straight up the other end and Jean-Philippe Mateta drives forward then finds Eberechi Eze to his left but the England forward's shot is weak and straight at substitute goalkeeper Vítezslav Jaros.

Liverpool perilously close to throwing this away. The warning signs have been there repeatedly this season. Unlikely to be top by Christmas.

The shot stopper spent last season on loan at Sturm Graz and is now making his Premier League debut.

Everton have lost just three of their last 20 Premier League home games against Newcastle (W12 D5), though two of those defeats have come across their last four such meetings (W2).
Newcastle have won five of their last eight Premier League meetings with Everton (D1 L2), as many as in their previous 24 against them (D6 L13). However, they failed to win either meeting with the Toffees last term (D1 L1).
