By the way, Yves Bissouma's goal is his first goal for Spurs in the Premier League after he failed to score in 51 top flight matches since 2022-23.

Muric proved last year that he wasn't good enough for the Prem, and he's been exposed again already. Ipswich are going to struggle massively this season if they continue to defend like they are today. 3 already?! Going to be a long day, and a longer season.

Ipswich fans have experienced the highs and lows in the Premier League in a matter of minutes - going from the ecstasy of taking the lead at Manchester City, to then having a VAR decision go against them and then falling behind.
Arijanet Muric is making his debut for Ipswich and it was a poor mistake by the goalkeeper for goal number two as he hesitated on the ball far too long. Then, quick as a flash they are 3-1 down.
Now you can see why Kieran McKenna didn't get carried away when Ipswich scored...

What a chance that is for the home team. Adam Wharton slides in Eberechi Eze but Alphonse Areola is out quickly in the West Ham goal and spreads his body to save from the England international.

Kevin de Bruyne chips a lovely ball over the top, Erling Haaland runs in behind, beats Muric to the touch and you know the rest.

Aston Villa did the double over Arsenal last season, accounting for 40% of the Gunners’ Premier League defeats (2/5). They’ve beaten Arsenal in three consecutive Premier League meetings twice before – November 1993 and February 2021.
Arsenal have won 14 away Premier League games against Aston Villa, with those 14 wins at Villa Park their joint most at a single away venue in the competition (also 14 at Selhurst Park).
