Jurgen Klopp is getting ready to come back out of the tunnel to address the Anfield crowd wearing a red "You'll Never Walk Alone Again" t-shirt.
A stage has been set up in the centre of the pitch and the club's owners, directors and ambassadors - including Kenny Dalglish - are stood on it waiting to welcome Klopp.
The players all come out in front of Klopp ready to give him a guard of honour.
"Na, na, na, na, na, Jurgen Klopp," sing the fans.

On his strike: "Almost the perfect start. Sometimes I believe in scoring a bit too early. Luckily I got us the second and that settled us a bit. The sniper [celebration] is here to stay definitely."
On winning his sixth title: "I never get bored of it, you want this feeling every time. When you win something there is no better feeling. I want to keep winning as much as I can."
Manchester City, Arsenal, Liverpool and Aston Villa are in the Champions League - we already knew that.
Tottenham Hotspur will be in the Europa League.
If Manchester City win the FA Cup final, then Chelsea will be in the Europa League and Newcastle will be in the Conference League.
But if Manchester United win the FA Cup, then the Red Devils will be in the Europa League, Chelsea will be in the Conference League and Newcastle miss out entirely.

They want to win it all, they didn't win the Champions League this year, but a fourth title in a row should be looked at in the way it is.
It's a wonderful achievement - never been done before - by a wonderful set of footballers.

To all the Arsenal fans who are lamenting a prolific team in Man City in front of them, stop moaning. Every team that wins the league has to win and turn on top of whoever is ahead of them. Manchester City are unbeaten in their last 16 Premier League games against West Ham (W13 D3), since a 2-1 home loss in September 2015.
West Ham have lost 15 of their 17 Premier League away games against Manchester City at the Etihad Stadium, with the exceptions being a 1-1 draw (January 2008) and a 2-1 win (September 2015).
West Ham have conceded at least once in all 17 of their Premier League games at the Etihad Stadium – only Tottenham have played at a specific venue more in the competition without ever keeping a clean sheet (18 at Emirates Stadium).
Manchester City go into this match looking to become the first team in the history of the English top-flight to win four titles in a row. It would the sixth title overall for Pep Guardiola, with only Sir Alex Ferguson ever winning more titles in the top-flight (13).
Before their 1-0 defeat at Brentford last season, Manchester City had won their final league game in each of Pep Guardiola’s first six seasons in charge. They’ve not lost their final league game in consecutive campaigns since a run of three between 2005-06 and 2007-08.

West Ham have lost 5-2 at Crystal Palace and 5-0 at Chelsea in their last two Premier League away games; the last team to concede 5+ goals in three consecutive top-flight away games were Blackburn Rovers (April-August 1965), while West Ham last did so in April 1932.
Man City’s Kevin De Bruyne has six assists in Premier League final games – it’s the most of any current player, with only Nolberto Solano providing more in the competition’s history (7). De Bruyne’s assist for Haaland against Spurs on Tuesday took him to 112 in the Premier League, with only Ryan Giggs having more in the history of the competition (162).
This will be David Moyes’ 198th and final Premier League game in charge of West Ham – no permanent manager has a higher win rate for the Hammers in the competition than the Scotsman (37.1%, same as Alan Curbishley).
