    West Ham 2-1 Brighton

Nice spell of possession from Brighton, but they don't really create anything with it.

It's been a slow start to the second half compared to the fast-paced finish to the first.

If West Ham were to get three points tonight, it gets a bit scary for the Forest fans.

They are doing alright in terms of performances but they are not quite getting the points.

    Chelsea 2-2 Bournemouth

Estevao spins inside the Bournemouth box and shoots but his effort is blocked by Álex Jiménez.

The visitors have pushed Justin Kluivert further up the pitch and are playing a system closer to 4-4-2 now.

    Nottingham Forest 0-1 Everton

Three corners and five attempts for Forest since the break, but Douglas Luiz's speculative effort from outside the box, which is straight at Jordan Pickford, is their first on target.

With West Ham leading, Forest's cushion above the relegation places is on course to be cut to just two points. That would suddenly make things rather uncomfortable.

Very slow from Arsenal at the moment. Villa could be 2-0 up here if they'd taken those very good chances. All Arsenal creativity coming from Trossard.

More wrestling in the penalty area for Brighton's latest corner but this time it's Lewis Dunk dragging Lucas Paqueta to the floor. West Ham free-kick.

  11. 'Iraola will be disappointed his side aren't in front'published at 20:43 GMT 30 December 2025

    Chelsea 2-2 Bournemouth

    Chris Sutton
Former Premier League striker on Sky Sports

Bournemouth have been a bit of a shambles defensively this season when playing away from home, and they did look vulnerable again in the first half.

Andoni Iraola's teams always play on the front foot and get after the opposition, so they did do well getting after Chelsea and creating numerous opportunities.

Maybe he will be disappointed that his side aren't in front.

    Joshua Zirkzee (27 mins)

It's not the prettiest of goals but Manchester United won't care!

Joshua Zirkzee manages to turn and get his shot away in a packed penalty area and it finds the back of the net by way of a Ladislav Krejci deflection.

A bit fortunate perhaps for the hosts but they have their lead.

    Burnley 1-2 Newcastle

Kyle Walker will feel he could have done more to prevent Newcastle's first goal but since then he has had the better of England team-mate Anthony Gordon.

The 35-year-old defender, who last featured for his country six months ago, wins his side an early second half corner before Joelinton is forced to head another cross behind for another Clarets set-piece.

Bright start to the second half for the hosts.

I really want Gyokeres to work out at Arsenal but even as a supporter of his signing I am worried by what I see. Most disappointing is his movement. He always stands behind a defender and never attempts to run across them when we approach the box with passing opportunities.
