    Colin Coates

Crusaders have had a really good week, they have picked up seven points from a possible nine.

That has opened up a big gap to Glenavon and it is difficult to see them closing that.

    FT: Carrick Rangers 0-7 Glentoran

    Jim Ervin
Former Ballymena United manager on Sportsound

Glentoran have been very impressive and have built on their performances over the last number of weeks.

The have blitzed Carrick. From the first couple of minutes, they didn't let Carrick get in behind them, they pinned them back and, once they got the first goal, there was no going back.

  4. 'Linfield will be hoping this will kickstart their season'published at 17:07 GMT 3 January

    Paddy McLaughlin

David Healy will be delighted with getting back to winning ways, the three points and a really good performance.

There is no shame in Bangor coming here and being on the end of a heavy defeat. They will continue their season and continue to impress, but Linfield will be hoping this will kickstart their season.
