    Beto is played through on goal down the left channel and finds himself with just the goalkeeper to beat...

    But the shot is a dreadful one. Sliced so far wide it almost goes out for a throw-in.

    John McGinn wins Aston Villa their first corner of the afternoon.

    It's swung in and Amadou Onana leaps highest, but his bullet header ricochets off the crossbar and Brian Brobbey clears the danger for Sunderland off the goalline.

    Every Everton players in the middle is offside and a couple ran across the goalkeeper's eyeline so the flag goes up.

    With Forest playing mid week, Burnley will see this as an opportunity to come here, quieten the fans down early on and get a grip of the game.

    They have done quite well so far. This is a key game for them if they want any chance of survivial.

    Liverpool seem second to everything at the moment. There's plenty of sarcastic cheers from the home fans when Chris Kavanagh gives Everton a free-kick just outside the box. They're still furious about the earlier penalty shout.

    Burnley have been unable to settle so far, having had less than 35% of the ball.

    Scott Parker's side - understandably low on confidence - will need to get a foothold on the game if they are to have any success this afternoon.

    Ryan Gravenberch is the player to give it away and the home players are quick to let the referee know that that is not his first foul.

    A long ball is played over the top and Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall looks to get on the end of it.

    Jones comes across from right-back and looks to nudge the Everton man to the floor.

    The counter is stopped by Ryan Gravenberch, who takes out Idrissa Gueye, and Everton are furious that the Liverpool midfielder is not shown a yellow card.

    Aston Villa's lead didn't last for long and it's a wonderful finish by 18-year-old Chris Rigg.

    Noah Sadiki cuts the ball back for him and the young Englishman curls it across Emi Martinez and into the far corner.

    For Forest, today is about moving the ball quick and trying to get down the side of Burnley, who will not make it easy; they will sit in and try and hit on the break.
