Almost a defensive howler from Manchester City's Manuel Akanji. The Swiss international is caught in possession by Crysencio Summerville but the Hammers man is pulled up for a foul as he races through on goal.
Julen Lopetegui is not a happy man. The Hammers boss clearly feels that's a soft free-kick in the home side's favour and gets a yellow card for his protests.

It is all Brentford and they have another chance as Mathias Jensen sets up Christan Norgaard, but the Bees skipper can only watch his header bounce off the crossbar.
Brentford looking good value for what would be their first away win of the season in the league.

It then falls to Kevin Schade, scorer of the Bees' goal, but from a tight angle he can't find Mbeumo with the pull-back.

Sancho has got away from a lower table club, Man Utd, too stupid to understand how to get the best out of him and gone to a club playing for a CL place. Rashford will be next.

Image source, ReutersThe last time these two sides met in this stadium, there was a carnival atmosphere as Manchester City took just two minutes to get themselves in front in a game they needed to win - and did - to clinch a record fourth successive title.
Phil Foden scored the goal and added another to take his overall tally for the season to 19, one of the major reasons why he was named PFA Player of the Year.
This term Foden has scored once.
Injuries have been a big problem at Manchester City this season. But they have been compounded by some of the players who have remained fit failing to reach the same standards as before. Foden is one of them.

McGinn was able to go off without assistance so it didn't look too bad, but Villa not taking risks.

Bournemouth are starting to get into their groove a bit now with their passing much more sharper than it was in the first 10 minutes.

They have come here with purpose to dominate but have scored from their first real clear chance.
That said, Crystal Palace have mounted almost no attacks and have barely been in Chelsea's half, leading to a very flat atmosphere at Selhurst Park.

Having been unbeaten in five consecutive home league games against Arsenal between 1982 and 2020 (W4 D1), Brighton have now lost three of their last four against the Gunners (D1).
Arsenal have won three of their last five Premier League games against Brighton (D1 L1), as many as they had in their first 10 against the Seagulls in the competition (D3 L4).
Brighton haven’t lost their first league game in any of the last eight calendar years (W3 D5), since a 1-0 home loss to Wolves on New Year’s Day 2016 in the Championship.
