I've got to say I think it's hopeless from [Bernd] Leno. I don't know why he doesn't just catch it. He punches it straight to [Phil] Foden.

If you give a player of Foden's quality that much time and space at the edge of the box... It's a stunning finish, it really is.

But Leno should do such much better. Catch the cross!

You see it so often, goalkeepers flapping. And he pays the penalty.

After 30 mins on Saturday, Everton were 3-0 down. A much brighter first 30 tonight.

  4. YELLOW CARDpublished at 20:14 GMT 2 December 2025

    Bournemouth 0-0 Everton

Justin Kluivert is the second player to pick up a yellow card for a clear foul on Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall.

    No complaints there.

  5. goal

    GOAL - Fulham 0-3 Man Citypublished at 20:13 GMT 2 December 2025

    Phil Foden (44 mins)

    Pick that out!

Bernd Leno should probably deal with the Manchester City corner better but he opts to punch it away and it's straight to the feet of Phil Foden and the England man punishes.

Foden has time to pick his spot and lash home from the edge of the box. Brilliant finish.

It's another vital interception from Scott. You're just hoping you get enough on it to turn it away from goal because there is no control.

You joke, Noah. But they did almost throw away a two-goal lead at the weekend.

  9. HITS THE WOODWORKpublished at 20:12 GMT 2 December 2025

    Bournemouth 0-0 Everton

James Garner sends in another tantalising corner. Alex Scott gets up at the near post, it flicks off his head and then the bar.

That goal is Tijjani Reijnders' second in the Premier League. His first came against Wolves back in August when he made his debut.

Adrien Truffert does really well to get something on Thierno Barry's flicked header from the corner. That looked goalbound.

    Bournemouth 0-0 Everton

Cries of 'come on' from the home fans as Bournemouth take too long in possession.

You're not breaking anyone down playing at that pace.

Wonderful finish. And what a pass from [Erling] Haaland. [Tijjani] Reijnders shows strength, and such awareness.

That is a delicious finish. Great composure.

    Fulham 0-2 Man City

Bernd Leno has conceded seven Premier League goals to Erling Haaland - no player has netted more against him, despite Leno debuting in September 2018, almost four years before Haaland joined the Premier League.

It has been the final ball, the moment of quality, that assertiveness. Everton are second guessing themselves when they get into position.

  16. goal

    GOAL - Fulham 0-2 Man Citypublished at 20:07 GMT 2 December 2025

    Tijjani Reijnders (37 mins)

    Another sumptuous Manchester City finish.

This time Erling Haaland turns provider as he finds Tijjani Reijnders and the Dutch player scoops over the top of Bernd Leno.

    Lovely finish.

  17. Postpublished at 20:07 GMT 2 December 2025

    Bournemouth 0-0 Everton

Everton come forward again. James Garner has to delay his cross so Thierno Barry can get on side but the delivery is straight to Djordje Petrovic.

  18. Postpublished at 20:07 GMT 2 December 2025

    Fulham 0-1 Man City

Oh that's a delightful little ball from Tijjani Reijnders, scooped over the top for Jeremy Doku, who shifts across for Erling Haaland but City can't get it out of their feet in a packed penalty area.

    Bournemouth 0-0 Everton

    Rob Green
Former England goalkeeper on Sky Sports

Bournemouth are having a moment on the front foot, on the ball and off it. You just feel like they need to get a bit of steam going. Down the left Semenyo, Truffaert and Scott are linking up, that is where they are getting going.

Erling Haaland and Calvin Bassey are battling away and the two have a bit of a coming together off the ball with the City forward ending up on the deck.

Bassey says it was an accident and VAR agrees.
