Liam Delap timing his run ready to jump, then I can only think he thinks it has gone in. I don't understand why he doesn't just put it in the back of the net just in case.

  2. 'Toothless' Ipswichpublished at 20:44 GMT 13 February

    HT: Wrexham 1-0 Ipswich

    Kieron Dyer
Former Ipswich midfielder on BBC One Wales

Ipswich were dominating for about ten minutes in the first-half, but by the end Wrexham were the better team.

Ipswich were toothless, and they've got it all to do in the second-half.

I’d love Delap to come good, but he isn’t a Chelsea player and never will be. Next season he’ll be at Spurs or West Ham.

    Dazza

Delap has to go, nowhere near good enough for a team with top four hopes, Guiu is a better backup option by miles.

Wrexham were pushing very hard to get that second goal before half-time. They're playing really well. Phil Parkinson will be delighted with their efforts.

Based on the chances both sides have created, it's fair to say Wrexham are worth their lead at the break.

Ipswich are yet to register a shot on target.

The home fans applaud their team off the pitch as the half-time whistle is blown. They're pleased with what they've seen so far.

  7. Liam Delap is desperate for a goalpublished at 20:38 GMT 13 February

    HT: Hull 0-1 Chelsea

    Nizaar Kinsella
    BBC Sport Chelsea reporter

At least Liam Delap can say he has an assist in a difficult half. That was the first pass he completed in the final third and he had lost possession eight times beforehand.

Obviously, his 23rd minute wasted chance highlights his low confidence while on an eight-game goal drought and having scored just twice in 23 matches this season.

Delap is returning to face his former club tonight having played for Hull under Liam Rosenior while on loan from Manchester City.

Chelsea, the way they have played, they will still try kill this game, but Hull City still have pace on the break.

Pedro Neto, fantastic. Just fantastic. Brilliant number 10 performance. Liam Rosenior deserves massive credit if he treats Pedro Neto as a number 10 now.

That's the magic Chelsea have been missing in this first half. They have created plenty, but they have not been able to produce something like this. A brilliant shot into the corner - the keeper has no chance.

  16. Palmer's palm saves Ipswichpublished at 20:28 GMT 13 February

    Wrexham 1-0 Ipswich

    Ian Mitchelmore

What a save from Alex Palmer.

From our view in the press box, it looked for all the world to see that Ollie Rathbone's strike was going in there.

  17. GREAT SAVE!published at 20:28 GMT 13 February

Big save by Alex Palmer as he keeps Ipswich just about in this, getting a hand to deny Ollie Rathbone's strike.

For how well Ipswich started the game they haven't really asked too many questions of Wrexham. We haven't seen much of them coming forward.
