  2. PENALTY TO LEICESTERpublished at 20:02 GMT 10 December 2025

    Bristol City 0-0 Leicester

Scott Twine brings down the fleet-footed Stephy Mavididi in the box as the Robins make a hash of clearing their lines from a corner and the Foxes have a penalty...

Twine rushed out to close him down but overcommitted, dangled a leg, and gave ref James Linington little choice, even if the contact was minimal.

  3. Postpublished at 20:01 GMT 10 December 2025

    Ipswich 1-0 Stoke

Sindre Walle Egeli tries to weave through the midfield for Town but he's bundled over by experienced left-back Aaron Cresswell, once of Ipswich himself before spending nine years at West Ham.

  5. Postpublished at 20:00 GMT 10 December 2025

    Bristol City 0-0 Leicester

The Foxes are starting to tick a little and win a corner which is met by the head of Ben Nelson, unmarked in the mixer, but he can't get the desired connection and it's meat and drink for Radek Vitek.

  7. Postpublished at 19:58 GMT 10 December 2025

    Ipswich 1-0 Stoke

That fantastic early goal by Jaden Philogene means Ipswich are now the joint-second leading scorers in the division (34) along with Southampton.

Some way to go to catch Coventry's 51.

  8. DISALLOWED GOALpublished at 19:57 GMT 10 December 2025

    Derby 0-0 Millwall

After a slowish start at Pride Park we've seen Bobby Clark jink his way in from the left of the area for the hosts before unleashing a swerving shot which flashes past the angle of post and bar.

Straight down the other end go Millwall and a slip from Sondre Langas allows Thierno Ballo to flash in a low cross which Mihailo Ivanovic can't get on the end of.

Femi Azeez is able to retrieve and fire back into the middle where the big Serb turns in from barely a yard out, only for the flag to go up.

  9. 'Mavididi has to hit the target'published at 19:55 GMT 10 December 2025

    Bristol City 0-0 Leicester

    Mike Stowell
Former Leicester City caretaker manager on BBC Radio Leicester

The keeper made a right hash of it, he should just deal with it.

Mavididi has to hit the target.

  10. GREAT SAVE!published at 19:55 GMT 10 December 2025

    Ipswich 1-0 Stoke

Stoke have responded pretty well to going a goal down. They're knocking it about with zip and dominating possession.

Now they work another great chance as Sorba Thomas cuts inside from the left, but Ipswich keeper Christian Walton is out quickly to save from a tight angle.

  11. HITS THE WOODWORKpublished at 19:54 GMT 10 December 2025

    Bristol City 0-0 Leicester

    Oof.

Stephy Mavididi whips in a cross from the Foxes left which Radek Vitek follows across his goal unconvincingly before parrying away at his far post.

The ball is worked back into the middle and is met by Mavididi with a looping header at the far post which loops beyond the flat-footed Vitek and clips the crossbar.

  12. Postpublished at 19:53 GMT 10 December 2025

    Ipswich 1-0 Stoke

We were just saying the best two defences were going up against each other. Ipswich and Stoke are now tied on 19 goals conceded.

Mind you, the Potters have conceded five in the past 97 minutes following their 4-0 defeat at Sheffield United on Saturday.

Mark Robins won't be best pleased with going behind after less than two minutes here.

  13. Postpublished at 19:52 GMT 10 December 2025

    Ipswich 1-0 Stoke

Stoke almost respond instantly. The Potters win a corner and it's nodded back across goal into the six-yard box but Steven Nzonzi and Lamine Cisse both go for the same ball and make a bit of a mess of it.

  14. GREAT SAVE!published at 19:52 GMT 10 December 2025

    Bristol City 0-0 Leicester

    Lively stuff.

Ross McCrorie doesn't give up on a ball down the right channel and manages to pull it back from the byline for Emil Riis to take a touch at the near post and fire in a shot on the turn, which lacks power and which cannons off the spread-eagled Jakub Stolarcyk and away from goal.

    Good chance goes begging.

  15. Postpublished at 19:51 GMT 10 December 2025

    Bristol City 0-0 Leicester

Leicester's turn to push forward as Abdul Fatawu and Jordan James work the ball to Luke Thomas whose low ball into the area deflects off Rob Dickie to grateful keeper Radek Vitek.

  16. 'A terrific goal'published at 19:50 GMT 10 December 2025

    Ipswich 1-0 Stoke

    Mick Mills
Former Ipswich and England captain on BBC Radio Suffolk

They made sure when Philogene brings the ball inside he doesn’t get the shot away, so he lays it off.

He does exactly what Stoke were afraid of him doing 15 seconds before.

    A terrific goal.

  17. Postpublished at 19:49 GMT 10 December 2025

    Bristol City 0-0 Leicester

First chance for Anis Mehmeti to stretch his legs, driving forward from midfield but he's closed down on the edge of the box and Scott Twine's looping ball from the right is eventually claimed by Foxes keeper Jakub Stolarcyk.

Not a bad start in the Championship either... for Ipswich anyway.

And what a goal this is by Jaden Philogene. He cuts inside, plays a give and go with Marcelino Nunez on the edge of the box and then bends a beauty into the top corner.

No chance for Viktor Johansson in the Stoke goal.

  19. goal

GOAL: Rotherham 0-1 Blackpoolpublished at 19:48 GMT 10 December 2025

    Danny Imray (2 mins)

What a start in League One, what a start for Blackpool.

Josh Bowler plays in right-back Danny Imray who does well with his touch to then finish low past Rotherham keeper Cameron Dawson.

Imray, who is on loan from Crystal Palace, with his first goal for the Seasiders.

  20. Postpublished at 19:47 GMT 10 December 2025

    Ipswich 0-0 Stoke

This one pits the best two defences in the Championship against each other tonight.

Stoke boast the meanest backline with 18 conceded, while Ipswich have allowed 19. Something has got to give then... right?
