In fairness I've watched it back a few times and it feels harsh on Asseyi and West Ham.

Her arms were in front of her body, so she did not make her silhouette any bigger per say. Then again the ball did hit her arm.

That was a bizarre situation because nobody appealed on the Chelsea bench or the players on the pitch.

The West Ham defenders were just as confused as we were. It seems to have been a handball by Viviane Asseyi but in real time, very few people at Kingsmeadow noticed it.
