Arsenal were held to a goalless draw by 10-player Manchester United in the first game of the weekend on Saturday at the Emirates, with both sides missing an opportunity to close the gap to the top.

Man City boss Andree Jeglertz makes two changes to the team which recorded a 6-1 win over Aston Villa in the Women's Super League before the winter break.

Alex Greenwood and Kerolin are preferred to Aoba Fujino and Leila Ouahabi for the visit of Everton to the Joie Stadium.

Top scorer Khadija Shaw, who has netted 12 times in the WSL this season, continues in attack.

Everton manager Brian Sorensen makes four changes from the side which suffered a 3-1 home defeat to Arsenal before the break.

Mayumi Pacheco, Karen Holmgaard, Rosa van Gool and Katja Snoeijs are all recalled to the starting line-up.

Hikaru Kitagawa, Rion Ishikawa, Nicole Momiki and Kelly Gago are the players to make way. Defender Hannan Blundell, who has joined on loan from Manchester united, has to settle for a place on the bench.

Widely regarded as one of the world's best young talents, Signe Gaupset will make her WSL debut today.

The Norway midfielder has joined from Brann, having previously worked with Tottenham boss Martin Ho, who left the Norwegian side in the summer.

Gaupset was named Toppserien Player of the Season for her 15 goals and 14 assists across 26 league games in 2024-25 and has seven goals in 14 appearances for her country, so it was no wonder Tottenham made her a priority signing this winter.

Martin Ho makes two changes to the Tottenham side who lost 2-1 to Manchester United in the quarter-finals of the League Cup just before Christmas.

There's a start in midfield for new signing Signe Gaupset, who starts ahead of Martha Thomas. Josefine Rybrink comes into the defence in place of Ashleigh Neville, who joined Leicester earlier this week.

New signings Maika Hamano, Hanna Wijk and Matilda Nilden start on the bench, but fellow new arrival Julie Blakstad is not involved.
