    Burnley 2-2 Aston Villa

After the excitement of two goals in quick succession - one for either side - earlier in this second half, the game has just started to fizzle out a little.

Unai Emery is doing his best to try and get a bit or urgency into his players as he paces up and down the touchline, clapping his hands and shouting instructions.

  5. 'His first touch and he sticks it in the back of the net'published at 15:41 BST 10 May

    Crystal Palace 2-2 Everton

    Daniel Gabbidon
Former Premier League defender on BBC Radio 5 Live at Selhurst Park

That is the difference quality-wise when we are talking about centre-forwards. Mateta has barely touched the ball. His first touch and he sticks it in the back of the net.

It's a brilliant first time finish from Mateta, high into the roof of the net, no chance for Pickford

Everton again, will be disappointed, because they have so many bodies back there in position, but nobody is taking charge of the situation.

  6. SUBSTITUTIONpublished at 15:40 BST 10 May

    Burnley 2-2 Aston Villa

A further two changes for Burnley with goalscorer Zian Flemming and Lesley Ugochukwu going off.

Josh Laurent and Zeki Amdouni come on in their place.

There's also a double change for Aston Villa with Lamare Bogarde and Douglas Luiz replacing Matty Cash and Ross Barkley.

Every time Everton score they take their foot off the gas and invite Palace to attack. A very frustrating and nonsensical tactic as a supporter. They just don't seemed to have learned anything from the past three games.

  9. SUBSTITUTIONpublished at 15:40 BST 10 May

    Crystal Palace 2-2 Everton

Couple of changes for both sides in the closing stages.

  11. CLOSE!published at 15:38 BST 10 May

    Crystal Palace 2-2 Everton

Ismaila Sarr heads straight at Jordan Pickford from a couple of yards out after connecting with Daniel Munoz header across the area.

He'll be so disappointed with that. He has to do better from that distance!

Given that Villa have Liverpool and City left, with a Europa League final in-between. I feel like being too cautious with subs is just putting them in a tough position. Why even risk not solidifying 5th place, you've hardly got any easy games left.

    Burnley 2-2 Aston Villa

Fresh from a scoring twice on Thursday, John McGinn has another decent sight at goal but gets his header all wrong.

It's a lovely ball swung to the far post by substitute Lucas Digne and an unmarked McGinn nods straight into the ground and wide. He should really do better from that position.

Neco Williams and Lewis Hall clash and the Newcastle man comes off worse.

No one's fault just one of those incidents.

In the end it's the substitutes who combine to find the goal.

Newcastle have deserved that based on this second half.

It's all about Ramsey. The pass forward is outstanding. And then once Barnes gets into that position he is ice cold. Great finish.
