Jack Grealish has been lively for Manchester City today and he hits it low for Bernardo Silva to strike first time, but it is simple for back-up Hammers keeper Lukasz Fabianski.

West Ham look to spring another counter attack, but Ederson is alert to the ball over the top, dashing from his penalty area and clearing with a diving header 35 yards from goal.

Not many keepers would be happy to do that, but Ederson looks the most relaxed man in the stadium.

West Ham have looked dangerous on that right hand side, putting decent balls into the box and Kudus is willing to get in there and just can't make the contact in the end [in that instance].

West Ham have been so much better in this half and are giving this a go. Jarrod Bowen just overhits a pass in front of Mohammed Kudus and City, for the first time today, are coming under a bit of pressure.

Wolves

Wolves debutant Sam Johnstone, speaking to BBC MOTD: "A whirlwind. Busy traveling up from London to get stuff done and to train before the game. I'll be honest not knowing everybody name properly, it has been a crazy couple of days and I am happy to be here. I'm buzzing to make my debut.

"I am there to do a job and luckily I made a couple of nice saves. The lads worked their socks off, it's always a tough place to come to play against a good Forest team - the aim was to not lose."

On competition with Jose Sa: "Jose is a good keeper and we are going to compete with each othe. The goalie group is really good. He welcomed me into the club as did the other lads.

"There is no secret I want to play football and I am competing against a good goalkeeper."

West Ham should be even with that chance.

They are the two players [Bowen and Kudus] that are going to change the game for them. They are the ones that can have the ability to unlock that City defence with their pace and tenacity going forward.

West Ham spring a lightning counter attack and all of a sudden they have three attackers versus one defender.

Jarrod Bowen slides the pass wide left, maybe a bit too wide, but Mohammed Kudus, who had began the counter, quickly regains control and blasts an effort at goal.

With Ederson beaten, the ball bounces off the top of the left post. So close.

You would like to think if West Ham can get the ball into those wide areas, they can cause Man City a problem.

It's just - they've had such a lack of possession. They haven't been able to get out there.

Manchester City have continued where they left off, dominating the ball. They get a corner, which Kevin de Bruyne takes from the left, Bernardo Silva is unmarked to head at goal with an instinctive header, but over the top it goes.

Ipswich Town

Ipswich manager Kieran McKenna speaking to BBC MOTD: "It is a step in the right direction, and so was the performance. We are adapting to the level, improving all the time and integrating players all the time, we had six players who have joined us this summer.

"We were competing against a well-established team at this level so to compete how we did is a positive and we feel we have lots to come.

"Some of our pressing in the first half was excellent, and the organisation and discipline against a team that can give you problems was really, really good."

On goalscorer Liam Delap: "We are happy with how he is progressing, he is still getting up to speed after an injury at the back end of last season, and is improving all the time. He is taking lessons, taking in things really well and we feel he has a lot of growth left in him."

That change in goal does indeed happen - Lukasz Fabianski on for Alphonse Areola. Presumably because of an injury.

Joe: West Ham just sitting back and letting City have the ball. City have had 15 shots to 1 - that's how woeful West Ham have been.

Fulham

Fulham manager Marco Silva, speaking to BBC MOTD: "The reaction from us was good, we scored a good equaliser and after that we took a step forward and were completely in control.

"The second half was a lot more difficult for us, we were not able to control the game the way we liked. We were solid, we did not give many things but we did not create.

"We should create a lot more when we are on the ball, we have to be more effective in our build up and have more chances to score."

On the impressive Adama Traore: "He created some good moments for other players, he is in good shape, he is helping the team and the reason why he is playing is because he can be decisive for us if he can take the right decisions."
