    Man City 0-0 Liverpool

City are yet to threaten the Liverpool goal but the way they have pressed the visitors' back line will give them encouragement.

There have been a couple of loose touches and rushed passes so City will think if they keep the pressure up, the chance will come.

  2. Postpublished at 12:17 BST 3 May

    Tottenham 1-0 London City Lionesses

Amanda Nilden gives away a cheap corner to London City Lionesses.

Poppy Pattinson takes and a scramble in the box ensues before Maika Hamano clears.

  3. Postpublished at 12:16 BST 3 May

    Man City 0-0 Liverpool

Another corner, another decent chance for Liverpool.

Jenna Clark is up highest to meet the out-swinging delivery but can't keep the header down.

    Man City 0-0 Liverpool

    Natasha Dowie
Former England striker on BBC Radio 5 Live

I have been in that position where I have lost the league on goal difference when I was at Everton, and then I have gone and won the league on the last day of the season, so I absolutely know how these Man City players are feeling.

You want to get it done and dusted as quick as you can, but it’s not going to be the case with City dropping points against Brighton.

  5. Postpublished at 12:15 BST 3 May

    Man City 0-0 Liverpool

Play is back under way at Joie Stadium but not much has happened in the couple of minutes since play resumed, just a succession of throw-ins down the Liverpool left with the home fans a littler frustrated with how long the visitors are taking over them.

When that passage of play thankfully ends, Liverpool come forward again and Ceri Holland swings in another very dangerous in-swinging cross that is glanced behind for a corner.

  6. 'A big mistake from London City'published at 12:15 BST 3 May

    Tottenham 1-0 London City Lionesses

    Molly-Mae Sharpe
Crystal Palace forward on Sky Sports

Marcetto made the mistake there and Gaupset made no mistake with the finish. She takes too much time there, takes an extra touch and Gaupset makes no mistake with the finish. A big mistake from London City.

  7. goal

GOAL - Tottenham 1-0 London City Lionessespublished at 12:13 BST 3 May

    Signe Gaupset (13 mins)

Very poor from London City Lionesses.

Elene Lete is rather relaxed when playing the ball out from the back and her pass to Malou Marcetto puts her in danger.

Signe Gaupset pounces, tackling Marcetto and slots into the bottom corner.

  8. 'Pattinson should have looked to pass'published at 12:12 BST 3 May

    Tottenham 0-0 London City Lionesses

    Molly-Mae Sharpe
Crystal Palace forward on Sky Sports

That first touch from Poppy Pattinson took the ball away too far there. After that, she probably should have looked to pass.

  9. Postpublished at 12:12 BST 3 May

    Tottenham 0-0 London City Lionesses

Delphine Cascarino plays a brilliant ball into the box and Poppy Pattinson's loose touch means her shot flies high over the bar.

  10. Postpublished at 12:11 BST 3 May

    Tottenham 0-0 London City Lionesses

There are cheers for Bethany England in the home section after it was announced that the Tottenham captain is leaving at the end of the season.

She's on the bench this afternoon.

  11. 'What a start to this game'published at 12:11 BST 3 May

    Man City v Liverpool

Former England striker on BBC Radio 5 Live

What a start to this game. I’m not going to lie, I wasn’t expecting this, I thought that it would be a lot more comfortable. But within three minutes of the game Liverpool could be 3-0 up.

    Man City 0-0 Liverpool

City have managed to keep Liverpool out of their final third for the last couple of minutes and there is a break in play as Aurelie Csillag clatters into Rebecca Knaak.

The German defender gets up eventually after a bit of treatment and looks like she should be OK to carry. One to keep an eye on, though.

Isobel Goodwin drives forward but is stopped by Toko Koga who avoids any punishment for pulling her back.

  14. 'Liverpool going over the top'published at 12:09 BST 3 May

    Man City 0-0 Liverpool

    Izzy Christiansen
Former England and Man City midfielder on Sky Sports

It's very clear what Liverpool are trying to do in this game. With no pressure on the ball, they are just going over the top with the runs in behind from Csillag and Olsson.

  15. 'Both teams have done really well this season'published at 12:07 BST 3 May

    Tottenham 0-0 London City Lionesses

    Molly-Mae Sharpe
Crystal Palace forward on Sky Sports

I think both of these teams have done really well this season, especially London City as a newly-promoted side. I know how tough it can be. They've got good investment and made some good signings over the winter.

It brings so much confidence to know you've got players you can rely on for goals, rather than just one. Goodwin and Godfrey, you can rely on both.

  16. 'I'm really intrigued'published at 12:07 BST 3 May

    Man City 0-0 Liverpool

    Natasha Dowie
Former England striker on BBC Radio 5 Live

Straight away I’m really intrigued with the way that Liverpool have set up. I was thinking Ceri Holland might go into midfield but they have actually gone with a 4-4-2 with Csillag and Olsson up front.

  17. Postpublished at 12:06 BST 3 May

    Tottenham 0-0 London City Lionesses

Delphine Cascarino takes London City Lionesses' first corner but it nestles on the roof of the net.

  18. HITS THE WOODWORKpublished at 12:06 BST 3 May

    Man City 0-0 Liverpool

    Liverpool are getting closer!

A corner from the right drops at the back post, Grace Fisk gets her right boot to it and this time Ayaka Yamashita is beaten... but the ball comes back off the post and City hack it away to safety.

A very nervy start from the home side.

  19. Postpublished at 12:05 BST 3 May

    Tottenham 0-0 London City Lionesses

Another Tottenham corner after Signe Gaupset's shot is blocked.

Maika Hamano shot from inside the box is well saved by Elene Lete.

The home side are well on top in the early stages.

  20. CLOSE!published at 12:05 BST 3 May

    Man City 0-0 Liverpool

Liverpool threaten again and Denise O'Sullivan takes aim from the edge of the box.

Well-struck shot but Ayaka Yamashita, with that dyed sky blue hair, does well to get down to her left and push it behind for a corner.
