It's got the Celtic supporters to really up the decibel levels for the first time in the match.

Rangers win a free-kick on the edge of the box, and it's quite central. Good chance for James Tavernier, this.

He strikes it well, but Jerome Prior scurries across to palm away.

Sebastian Tounekti's dangerous ball to the back post is clipped away by the head of Jack Iredale.

Moments later there are calls from the home side for a penalty. The ball does appear to hit Iredale's hand as he attempts to challenge Benjamin Nygren at the edge of the box, but his arm is by his side.

Excellent block from Julian Araujo to keep out Nicky Cadden's shot. The opportunity came as Hibs were able to cut through the midfield like a knife through butter.

Celtic refuse to put pressure on the ball and here come Hibs.

Felix Passlack's low cross to opposite wing-back Nicky Cadden gets there, but his goal-bound shot is blocked brilliantly by Julian Araujo.

A little warning there for Rangers, as Livingston hit on the counter-attack.

Macaulay Tait pops the ball left to Robbie Muirhead who gets a shot away, but it's driven straight at Jack Butland.

That will do Kasper Schmeichel's confidence no favours. The Celtic keeper inexplicably passes straight to Owen Elding and Celtic Park groans.

The Hibs forward finds Martin Boyle on the edge of the penalty area but his touch is so poor and the chance is gone.

A well-worked set piece move ends in Tuur Rommens powering in a header at the back post. Jerome Prior makes a great reflex save and the ball loops onto the post before being cleared.

Couple of nice touches already from Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain on his first Celtic start.

His first thought is to play forward. Could his be the influence that gets the Parkhead side firing more fluently?

Half-chance for Rangers, as Tuur Rommens picks out Youssef Chermiti in the box. However, the Portuguese takes a poor touch and it goes straight to the keeper.

Benjamin Nygren fails to get a pass under control in the Hibs box and the visitors breathe a sigh of relief.

Warren O'Hora then desperately hooks one over his own bar as Celtic crank up the pressure.

Celtic give the ball away in their own half but Jamie McGrath overhits a Hibs cross.

Celtic Park has been filling up pretty well but it's subdued. Quiet, almost.

The Green Brigade is still banned so green tarpaulins are covering part of the standing section in the bottom of the north stand. An early goal could dramatically change the dynamic but conversely, if Hibs start well it will be very interesting to see what the reaction is from the Parkhead faithful some of whom are at odds with the club hierarchy.
