Santa and an elf at Joie Stadium dressed in blue outfits

Santa has got a busy period coming up but he's found some time to get over to Joie Stadium and wish the Manchester City fans a 'Merry Christmas' during their final WSL match of the year.

He's even found a blue coat for the occasion and one of his elves is accompanying him - both with an unusually strong northern accent.

It would be the perfect Christmas present for City fans if their side can get another victory today and widen their lead at the top of the table.

It's been a great start to life under manager Andree Jeglertz so they will want to cap off the year on a high.
