    FT: Aberdeen 2-0 Dundee United

    Tyrone Smith
    BBC Scotland at Pittodrie

A narrow win for Aberdeen, whose Premiership status is now secure.

One thing head coach Stephen Robinson has done in a relatively short period of time is make the Dons hard to beat.

They are now four games unbeaten - and it is three clean sheets in a row at home.

They could have done with that kind of form earlier in the campaign.

Meanwhile, United's season is in danger of simply petering out despite still being above today's hosts in seventh place.

  2. Airdrieonians relegatedpublished at 17:05 BST 9 May

FT: Airdrieonians 1-2 Alloa Athletic (1-3)

Airdrieonians' two-year stay in the Championship ends after a 2-1 defeat at home to part-time Alloa.

The visitors are into the play-off final as they look to end a four-year absence from the second tier after finished fourth in League 1.

Alloa await the winner of Stenhousemuir and Queen of the South as that tie is in extra time.

Three goals and three points on the road for Hibs as they edge closer to securing European football for next season.

A Josh Campbell double and a powerful Jordan Obita strike had them cruising at the interval.

Ben Broggio's well-struck effort gave the final 15 minutes a slight edge, but Hibs saw the game out in relative ease.

  7. FULL-TIME St Mirren 0-3 Kilmarnockpublished at 16:51 BST 9 May

A huge, huge win for Kilmarnock, but a miserable afternoon for St Mirren.

The Paisley side are now four points adrift of Killie and look likely to face the dreaded relegation play-off with just two games remaining to make up that deficit.

A deadly second-half double from Findlay Curtis added to Miguel Freckleton's own goal in the first period.

  8. FULL-TIME Dundee 3-0 Livingstonpublished at 16:51 BST 9 May

Dundee are sure of Scottish Premiership football next season after a convincing win over Livingston.

Cameron Congreve with a first-half opener and substitutes Finlay Robertson and Ashley Hay with goals in the second period give Steven Pressley's side a nine-point cushion over second-bottom St Mirren with two games to play.

Relegated Livingston had a chance at 2-0 after Lewis Smith was tripped in the box but Robbie Muirhead's penalty was saved by Kieran O'Hara.

  11. Postpublished at 16:46 BST 9 May

    Falkirk 0-3 Hibernian

A punch clear from goalkeeper Raphael Sallinger, that wasn't the most assured, drops for Calvin Miller to drill towards goal, but it whizzes narrowly wide of the post from the winger.

Falkirk certainly haven't given up belief here.

Nothing coming off for the Paisley hosts.
