  1. 'It had to be Cunha'published at 13:58 GMT 4 January

    Leeds 1-1 Man Utd

    Lucy Ward
Former Leeds striker on TNT Sports at Elland Road

That's a great response, and it had to be Cunha. He was the one that looked like United's main threat. He makes the third man run, great ball from Zirkzee, Perri comes out to close down but leaves a gap and it's a terrific finish.

  7. Postpublished at 13:53 GMT 4 January

    Leeds United 1-1 Manchester United

If you're wondering how Zirzkee managed to set-up that equaliser it's because he came on for Yoro after the Leeds opener and before Manchester United's equaliser.

    There's a lot going on.

    Thank you for your concern.

What a three minutes it's been.

  10. 'If you keep going, you get the reward'published at 13:51 GMT 4 January

    Leeds 1-0 Man Utd

    Lucy Ward
Former Leeds striker on TNT Sports at Elland Road

It just shows you that if you keep going, like Aaronson does, keeps running, keeps closing down, you get the reward.

Heaven hasn't put a foot wrong yet but you have to make sure you are always 100% right. Fair play to Aaronson, he's gone and got the finish as well.

  11. goal

GOAL - Aaronsonpublished at 13:49 GMT 4 January

    Leeds United 1-0 Manchester United

    What a finish!

Ayden Heaven - who has been so impressive so far - gets caught cold with a stray ball over the top and Aaronson runs on to the pass before smashing past Lammens.

It's terrible defending from the 19-year-old but full credit to Aaronson, he makes no mistake with the finish.

  12. 'The roof has come off Elland Road'published at 13:48 GMT 4 January

    Leeds 1-0 Man Utd

    Paul Robinson
Former Leeds and England keeper on BBC Radio 5 Live at Elland Road

The roof's just come off Elland Road. These supporters have waited so long for this game and this moment. The fans to our right have just erupted.

Brenden Aaronson looked second best and gets in behind. Left-footed, tucks it into the bottom corner. Senne Lammens doesn't move.

  13. Cunha needs to do morepublished at 13:45 GMT 4 January

    Leeds 0-0 Man Utd

    Simon Stone
BBC Sport Chief Football News Reporter at Elland Road

With so many creative players missing, Matheus Cunha really needs to deliver for Manchester United.

He is unfortunate in the sense he 'scored' with a brilliant finish earlier, which was ruled out for offside against Benjamin Sesko.

But the former Wolves man is not doing enough in general play.

Amorim can’t really afford to leave Elland Road without three points today. Struggling against the likes of Arsenal and Man City is one thing, but if Leeds are added to the list alongside Everton, West Ham and Wolves, it becomes an embarrassment

  15. 'Cunha the one who is going to produce'published at 13:44 GMT 4 January

    Leeds 0-0 Man Utd

    Lucy Ward
Former Leeds striker on TNT Sports at Elland Road

Cunha is the one isn't he? He's the one who is going to produce something for United, whether he creates something or puts it in the back of the net.

  16. OFFSIDEpublished at 13:41 GMT 4 January

    Leeds United 0-0 Manchester United

Sesko will be delighted that the linesman raised his flag there.

Casemiro finds the Slovenian with a brilliantly-executed cross with the outside of his boot but Sesko mistimes his header and it goes well wide.

  17. CLOSE!published at 13:39 GMT 4 January

    Leeds United 0-0 Manchester United

    Smart stop from Senne Lammens.

The Belgian gets down well at his near post to deny Gabriel Gudmundsson.

The away side then break on the counter but Manuel Ugarte's effort is blazed wide.

  18. Postpublished at 13:36 GMT 4 January

It's certainly been a bit more of an attack-minded start from Leeds to this second half and the home fans are responding well to it.

Would love to see that 'offside' Cunha goal again, I swear the only players that were offside were jogging back and didn't even remotely challenge for the ball!

    Vic, London

As the below still shows, when Lammens plays the ball up the pitch Sesko (second United player from bottom) is in an offside position before contesting a header. That action eventually leads on to Cunha scoring from the edge of the box.
