Who would've thought it? Arsenal are ahead from a corner, a set piece. You never would've guessed that one before the game!
I tell you what, it was so well-worked. You have to admire the consistency that Arsenal deliver from corners.
Vincent Kompany isn't happy, his defenders were very static there.
Arsenal unsettle teams from their set plays and they have certainly unsettled Bayern Munich here.

You can see that PSG are now trying to play little passes down the side of the Tottenham defence. Little passes, very intricate and precise and they have almost got in on a few occasions.

Guus Til takes a stray boot to the face when defending the corner and has blood coming from his mouth.
He's just being patched up before play continues.

Lovely ball into the box by Vitinha finds Warren Zaïre-Emery, who tries to control it with his first touch but presents enough of the ball to Guglielmo Vicario for the Tottenham goalkeeper to push it away from danger.

It is not only Thomas Frank's line-up that is more positive than predicted, Spurs have shown plenty of attacking intent here, certainly more than they did at Arsenal.
Early days, but this has been a promising start but a word of warning - PSG have come very close twice from Fabian Ruiz and Khvicha Kvaratskhelia.

I thought it was in from Kvaratskhelia. It ended up landing a yard or two wide of the far post in the end but it had Vicario worried. Good play by PSG down the left hand side and that's what Kvaratskhelia does, makes space for himself. That's another warning shot for Tottenham not to drop off too far, because PSG are not afraid to shoot from range.

A rare chance falls for Dayot Upamecano after a Bayern corner but his header is poor.

Quick feet from Khvicha Kvaratskhelia on the edge of the box and he whips a fierce effort just wide. Guglielmo Vicario was not expecting that, but fortunately from a Spurs perspective he was not required to do anything.

Szoboszlai should be be captain this year. He’s the only one playing and giving his all. VVD has been woeful since he start of the season. He’s gone under then radar due to Konate being so, so bad!

Buyako Saka has been hit right on the end of his nose.
Manuel Neuer came out and cleanly won the ball but, as he headed it, the ball was travelling at pace and it has hit Saka flush on the side of the nose.

Spurs have started really well. When they have the ball, they have got a kind of box in midfield with Gray and Bentancur sitting and Bergvall and Sarr further forward. Without it, they are going man for man with PSG.

Bukayo Saka is hurt after challenging for a ball which saw Bayern goalkeeper Manuel Neuer come rushing out of his area.
There's blood coming from Saka's nose but it looks like he is going to be fine to carry on.
That will be a relief to Mikel Arteta and the watching England boss Thomas Tuchel.
