Big opportunity for Salford! Great link-up play between Ryan Graydon and Rosaire Longelo creates the chance for Jorge Grant, but Accy goalkeeper Ollie Wright clings on.

The pitch is holding up pretty well, given the quick turnaround from Saturday's game against Cheltenham. There's a 16-day gap before Accy's next home fixture, so it will have plenty of time to recover.

It was a fantastic start to the game from Stanley. It bounced lovely for Alex Henderson and Matt Young has absolutely no chance. As soon as it left his foot you knew it was in.

It's been a great first half, fantastic energy but I think John Doolan will be a little disappointed that they haven't threatened the Salford goal more.

It will be interesting to see how Accrington set up in the second half and not drop too deep.

For a minute I thought he'd done him but it held up in the swirling wind, but great vision.

He's in action now, though, as Shaun Whalley - with a goal and four assists in his last two matches - tries an audacious chip from the halfway line.

Matt Young is able to watch it all the way and he gathers without much alarm.

It's a fair point that Dan makes. Accrington have got into some good areas at times, but - the goal aside - Young has been fairly untroubled.

If John Doolan has any frustration it would be that his side haven't tested Matt Young in the Salford goal, other than scoring that wonderful goal.

For the second time in the game, Donald Love tries a shot from distance - and for the second time, he clears the stand.

I suppose it's always worth a hit in these conditions, but the Scotsman's radar is a little off.

Kelly N'Mai is trying to make things happen for Salford out on the left-hand side. He's certainly keeping Donald Love and Connor O'Brien busy.
