Barrow have signed centre-back Thierry Latty-Fairweather following his release by FC Halifax.
The 6ft 3in (1.9m) defender has league experience with Burton Albion but has spent recent seasons in the National League with York City and Maidenhead United as well as the Shaymen.

Barrow have completed the signing of defender Paul Kalambayi from Dagenham & Redbridge.
The 26-year-old began his career with AFC Wimbledon, spending eight seasons with the club and making 88 appearances in League One and League Two before joining the Daggers in June 2024.
During his two-season spell there, he spent the first half of last term on loan with Kidderminster Harriers in National League North, playing under Barrow boss Adam Murray.
His temporary move ended before Harriers went on to clinch promotion via the play-offs.
"PK's game suits the way that we want to play. He's a really physical, aggressive, ball-winning defender," assistant boss Andy Taylor said., external
"He's used to playing the way the gaffer wants to play, which I think is a big plus."
Kalambayi is the ninth new signing this summer for the Bluebirds and the second to have played for Kidderminster after the arrival of defender George Walker.
Strikers Alex Reid and Olly Crankshaw, full-backs Marcel Oakley and Danny Amos as well as defenders Kennedy Digie and Xavier Benjamin and midfielder Isaac Marriott.

Barrow have signed midfielder Isaac Marriott and forward Olly Crankshaw from National League rivals Altrincham.
Marriott, 26, made 148 National League appearances for Alty after joining in December 2021.
Meanwhile, Crankshaw, 27, scored 10 goals in 30 appearances for Altrincham last season and previously won promotion from the National League with Stockport County.
"[Crankshaw] had options to go into the English Football League but he decided he wanted to jump into our journey here at Barrow. He doesn't just bring a lot of creativity, he's also a big character who wants success."
Barrow, relegated from League Two last season, have not disclosed the length of the deals Marriott and Crankshaw have signed.

Marcel Oakley made eight appearances in all competitions for Birmingham City
Barrow have signed Peterborough Sports right-back Marcel Oakley and former Glentoran left-back Danny Amos on two-year deals as well as fellow defenders Kennedy Digie and Xavier Benjamin.
Amos, 26, left the Glens last month after making 81 appearances over two seasons.
Digie, 29, joins having spent two seasons with Tamworth and made 44 league appearances for the Lambs last term.
Benjamin, 22, has previously played for Cardiff City and Dunfermline, and spent last season with Enfield Town in National League South, making 43 league appearances.
Oakley, 23, started his career with Birmingham City and had loan spells in Scotland with Queen's Park and Arbroath.
