  2. SUBSTITUTIONSpublished at 17:19 BST 24 May

    Man City 1-1 Aston Villa

A tearful Bernardo Silva bids farewell to the Etihad Stadium - he hugs all of his team-mates and receives a guard of honour from BOTH sets of players. You don't see that very often.

Pep Guardiola is crying as well - we've still got 30 minutes left Pep!

He is replaced by Mateo Kovacic, while Rayan Cherki also comes on in place of Antoine Semenyo.

    West Ham 0-0 Leeds

Sloppy from Leeds and West Ham break.

Taty Castellanos plays the ball into the path of Crysencio Summerville, slightly overhit, but the winger still beats the keeper to it.

He's forced wide, though, and the Hammers can't even get a shot away. Another missed opportunity.

  4. goal

GOAL - Liverpool 1-0 Brentfordpublished at 17:19 BST 24 May

    Breakthrough... finally!

Mo Salah is sent behind the Brentford defence, he comes inside and picks out Curtis Jones with the outside of his left foot and it's an easy tap-in.

    Brighton 0-3 Man Utd

    Tottenham 1-0 Everton

Everton are yet to muster a shot on target and they waste another chance to test Antonin Kinsky from a free-kick.

James Tarkowski rises well to flick across goal but there's no one waiting to get to the second ball.

All far too easy for Tottenham.

    Cole Palmer (56 mins)

A low rasping drive from Cole Palmer from the edge of the box which Sunderland goalkeeper Robin Roefs really should have done better with.

    Tottenham 1-0 Everton

    And it's Djed Spence again.

Spence gets a yard of space in the box and his low shot is spilled behind by Jordan Pickford.

Not great goalkeeping from the Everton number one. Let's hope he gets that out his system before the World Cup...

  11. CLOSE!published at 17:15 BST 24 May

    West Ham 0-0 Leeds

Leeds are suddenly all over the place at the back!

Crysencio Summerville gets a lucky bounce, drives into the box and then sees his shot blocked.

The ball runs into the six-yard box but keeper Karl Darlow and midfielder Ao Tanaka get in each other's way.

That sees the ball roll invitingly for Taty Castellanos... who smashes it into the side netting.

    The Cherries are level!

Before still need a Liverpool and City goal for a Champions League spot.

    Tottenham 1-0 Everton

Djed Spence was key to Tottenham's success in the first half and he's already at it here in the second.

Spence wins the ball off Vitalii Mykolenko before the Ukrainian gets back to flick behind for a corner.

But the officials seem to think there was no touch off the defender and it's a goal kick! Strange decision.

    West Ham 0-0 Leeds

    Poor from Brenden Aaronson.

He puts the initial free-kick straight into the way and they scuffs the follow-up well wide.

The West Ham fans are so despondent they barely even bother with the usual ironic cheers.

Good stuff from Mo Salah. He looks for space for a shot but passes it on. Rio Ngumoha finds Salah again and he tries to drill one in at the near post.

Caoimhin Kelleher has seen that one before.

  19. 'Sacked in the morning'published at 17:12 BST 24 May

    Man City 1-1 Aston Villa

    Shamoon Hafez
    Football reporter at Etihad Stadium

Chants of "you're getting sacked in the morning" aimed by the humorous Aston Villa fans in the direction of Pep Guardiola.

They follow it up with, "you're just a *rubbish* Unai Emery", which gets a few giggles around the place.

    All in good jest.

  20. Bruno's goalpublished at 17:12 BST 24 May

    Brighton 0-3 Man Utd

    Simon Stone
BBC Sport Chief Football News Reporter at the American Express Stadium

Bruno Fernandes has got his assist record, so now he has started scoring again.

A low drilled shot into the bottom corner from Patrick Dorgu's pass.

Really clinical. The Manchester United fans are loving this. They have had some awful days down here in recent seasons.
