    Wigan 2-2 Barrow

Christian Saydee finds room in the area and almost scores what you feel would be a winner for Wigan, but his effort is well blocked by Barrow centre-back Charlie Raglan.

  2. Postpublished at 17:21 GMT 6 December 2025

    Sutton 0-0 Shrewsbury

A little bit untidy at the back for Sutton who try to play their way out of trouble but almost get robbed of the ball by Shrewsbury in their own box.

No harm done on this occasion, however.

  3. YELLOW CARDpublished at 17:19 GMT 6 December 2025

    Sutton 0-0 Shrewsbury

In the very first minute, a long pass is played up to Sutton striker Ashley Nadesan and his heels are clipped by Shrewsbury defender Sam Stubbs, who receives a very early yellow card.

That won't be the start Stubbs will have been aiming for after he scored an own goal in Shrewsbury's 3-3 draw with Gillingham last time out.

  4. KICK-OFFpublished at 17:18 GMT 6 December 2025

    Stockport 0-0 Cambridge

You get the impression just the one goal would do the trick for either of these sides to book their place in the third round.

Into the second half of extra time we go.

    Stockport 0-0 Cambridge

  6. KICK-OFFpublished at 17:15 GMT 6 December 2025

    Sutton 0-0 Shrewsbury

We are under way at Gander Green Lane!

Sutton have made one change from the side that beat Gateshead 4-2 last time out - Ashley Nadesan returns to lead the line and replaces Kane Crichlow, who drops to the bench.

Following Shrewsbury's 3-3 draw against Gillingham last Saturday, boss Michael Appleton names an unchanged side as Arsenal loanee Ismeal Kabia partners Anthony Scully and George Lloyd in attack.

  7. KICK-OFFpublished at 17:15 GMT 6 December 2025

    Wigan 2-2 Barrow

One final push at the Brick Community Stadium. Some tired legs out there. Will there be a winner?

  8. EXTRA TIME HALF-TIMEpublished at 17:14 GMT 6 December 2025

    Accrington 2-2 Mansfield

A goal apiece in extra time. Nail-biter.

Accrington's Paddy Madden takes advantage of panic at the back but is shortly cancelled out by a lurking Stags substitute Kyle McAdam with a stroke of luck.

  9. EXTRA TIME HALF-TIMEpublished at 17:12 GMT 6 December 2025

    Fleetwood 2-2 Luton

    No more goals for now.

Are we destined for a penalty shootout?

  10. HALF-TIMEpublished at 17:12 GMT 6 December 2025

GOAL: Accrington 2-2 Mansfieldpublished at 17:12 GMT 6 December 2025

    Kyle McAdam (105 + 2 min ET)

    The substitute makes the difference!

Kyle McAdam has only been on the pitch for about five minutes after keeper Ollie Wright denies Dom Dwyer only for it fall at McAdam's feet.

    Even stevens once again.

  12. CLOSE!published at 17:08 GMT 6 December 2025

    Wigan 2-2 Barrow

So close for Barrow! Charlie McCann almost restores the lead for the League Two visitors but his powerful strike from the edge of the box flies narrowly wide of the target.

  13. goal

GOAL: Accrington 2-1 Mansfieldpublished at 17:08 GMT 6 December 2025

    Paddy Madden (102 mins ET)

    Accrington back in front!

The Reds are appealing for a penalty against Mansfield stopper Own Mason for dragging on an Accrington heel after spilling the ball but they needn't bother.

Paddy Madden gets on the ball and puts it past the keeper.

  14. GREAT SAVE!published at 17:06 GMT 6 December 2025

  15. SUBSTITUTIONSpublished at 17:04 GMT 6 December 2025

    Accrington 1-1 Mansfield

Extra time can be brutal after a competitive match and both sides have had to suffer as a result.

Accrington have lost Liam Coyle to injury as he's replaced by Seamus Conneely.

But the Stags are having injury issues of their own as Jamie McDonnell can't play on and Elliott Hewitt needs to slot into place instead.

  16. FULL-TIMEpublished at 17:02 GMT 6 December 2025

    Chelmsford City 0-2 Weston-super-Mare

Weston-super-Mare are going into the third round of the FA Cup!

A double from striker Louis Britton, his first an absolutely world-class strike, saw them over the line in this all sixth-tier tie.

Chelmsford were reduced to 10 men just before Britton's second when Taylor Clark was dismissed for a dangerously high tackle inside the opposition half.

The Seagulls continue to soar in this season's competition.

  17. CLOSE!published at 17:02 GMT 6 December 2025

    Chelmsford City 0-2 Weston-super-Mare

A magnificent block from a Weston-super-Mare defender keeps their clean sheet in tact.

At the other end, the visitors look to get a third, but sub Scott Wilson wastes the opportunity.

  18. EXTRA TIME SUBSTITUTIONpublished at 17:01 GMT 6 December 2025

    Fleetwood 2-2 Luton

    Here we go.

Fleetwood makes an extra-time switch with Ronan Coughlan replacing Kayden Hughes

The 29-year-old is still making his return from an Achilles injury but has plenty of quality to bring to the Cods after the heartache of that late goal from the Hatters.

Exeter cruised past Wycombe in an all-League One affair, winning 4-0, while Barnsley edged out Peterborough with a 1-0 victory.

Grimsby swept Wealdstone aside 4-0, MK Dons have beaten Oldham 3-1 and a single goal was enough for Port Vale to see off League Two strugglers Bristol Rovers.

  20. 'Cheltenham have been very good'published at 16:56 GMT 6 December 2025

    FT: Cheltenham 6-2 Buxton

    Mark Halliwell
    BBC Radio Gloucestershire summariser

Cheltenham have been very good and scored some great goals in this second half.

I do feel a little bit sorry for Buxton, they don't deserve to be on the end of this scoreline.
